Hoffman Car Wash, Albany NY

Very disappointed in the service. $44.00 I was charged to clean inside and outside. They were to busy on there phones and doing nothing. The inside looks like it was never done. I asked the girl but she was insistence it was cleaned.

Was busy, but the holiday wash was a priority. Once in line was quicker. The only thing I would change is to have someone at exit end. My mirrors always need to be fixed after washing, and there is no place to safely pull over to fix. I can fix the driver's side, but the passenger side is harder.

Free vacuum is definitely awesome idea, i am sure it helps a lots of people to keep their car clean. Car wash is pretty nice and good prices, good service and attractive stuff. 5 star

I mean I just used the free vacuum station and basically detailed the whole inside of my car for free:) Thanks!

Those free vacuums are THE BEST in the capital region hands down.
No more self serve bays. Just a drive thru style which I haven't used yet.

My car is full of scratches everywhere from Hoffman car wash those machines are destroying your brand new cars they flood your car with bug spray even though there is no bugs I wonder what these chemicals does to your car paint in the long run will not go there ever again customer service sucks they need a new manger the guy just stands there flooding your car with chemicals the guy can barely walk

I was scammed here. I paid $27 for their complete package, which includes hot wax and tire shine. The exterior of my vehicle still had so much stain after the service, my tires were dull-looking and no wax added. They gave me their $12 service for $27. That's the amount I pay in NYC for the same package that includes interior cleaning (which they did not offer). I don't recommend this service.

Great service AND when my mirror was ripped off took care if it no hassle. Happened ONCE in 10 years lol

Paid for an ultimate wash here a few days ago and there was still soap residue left on my windshield and side windows after going through. Otherwise cleaned the rest of my car very well. Probably one of the most aggressive auto washes I have ever gone through before. The free vacuums here are the primary reason as to what makes this location worth it.

Beware if it is a busy day you will most likely be waiting a while to use either the auto-wash or the vacuums. There are 3 lanes that merge into one for the wash and it can get backed up very quickly. If there is somebody trying to come out of the vacuum area and you are trying to go into it from the wash lane, you have to go back out and come back into it from the busy main road. Poor flow design here and such expensive wash prices if you don't have a membership plan.

The cheapest car wash is $13. Sometimes they offer wash cards. These washes are preloaded on a card for future use but it's not always available. They also offer unlimited wash plans. But in the fine print, the "unlimited" wash is limited to one wash PER day so it's technically not truly "unlimited".
