Wow! Not only friendly staff but also actually cleaned the whole inside of my car and they didn’t just bs it like many places too. They actually took their time and cleaned my car top to bottom. I will definitely be coming back - if you’re looking for an honest friendly and a place that actually cleans your car - this is the place to go! Thanks everyone at Holbrook car wash!

They did an excellent job but it took so long.since it was my first time there I didn't expect to be over an hour.but it was worth it. Next time I will leave more time for myself.great job!

They need to post the correct hours. I got there at 8: 50 bc online it says they open at 9. About 6 of us were in line when a worker arrived at 9: 15 and said they opened at 10! I left and went somewhere else!

Not professional girl working behind desk is rude and nasty she shouldn’t be working, doesn’t smile and $ 70 dollars later had to redo my car. She also claims to be the owner. She didn’t make good and told me not to come back. Shame great customer service Lmaso place is a joke and a ripoff don’t waste your money. I guess I annoyed her with my put out on the terrible service

The young woman at the front desk was very polite. She had mentioned that they are short staffed but it took 32 minutes for someone to start vacuuming my car. It took another 20 minutes for them to finish. The water spots on the car were not wiped off, and yea there was water spots because the car wasn’t wiped down so it dryer in the sun.
I’m going to a self serve to rinse the car and hand dry it.

54 minutes from the time I paid till the time I left and now I have to go to another car wash to rinse

On an 80° day you’re not supposed to leave a car sit in the baking sun without hand toweling it.

Great work and fast and friendly from the bay door to the lobby and outside again and one of the car washes that's been around since forever

Prices have gone up but overall a good value. They spend a lot of time cleaning the entire car.

Don't take your vehicle there anytime close to closing. I spent $36 for complete wash in and out. Im only sorry I gave them a tip before I checked out my vehicle. They were too busy already out the door while they were suppose to be cleaning my vehicle

They always do a great good don’t get me wrong but for the price they charge I can’t understand standing around for an hour if not more. There’s other car washes that probably charge less, do just of good of a job and get you in and out of there faster.

Oh had time for an exterior wash. They got my truck show room clean, in a short time. Very polite as well.

I've been going there for years. They always do a great job. Never any issues. Whatever I'm there I always talk to the young lady who is the manager. Very presentable and reasonable prices. Whenever I come in from Pennsylvania I always stop that I get my vehicle done. Highly recommend

So today I went to Holbrook Car Wash & Detail Center and had the exterior of my car done. Imagine how thrilled I was when I saw my car come out with an UNMASKED person driving it! Never again! Thankfully I was able to disinfect it b4 I drove off!

Great job. They REALLY take time to clean all the nooks and crannies inside the car. Definitely recommend this car wash. After you get a deep clean, is worth it to keep up with their exterior only way.

Close and convenient, they do a nice job cleaning the car, pricy. The inconvenience part is the lack of seating inside, that they used to have, the bathroom that is no longer available and they even cut off the coffee to the customers, just seems very unfriendly. I wear a mask, as long as we wear one, why can't we sit inside, have a coffee? It's inconsiderate and inconvenient.

Best $10 exterior wash! Every bit of bird poop, dirt, etc.is gone. They dried the entire car off after without relying on fans or blowers.

Poor way to do business, the cashier mentioned the total amount due $31 (28.54 + 2.46) as reflected on my given receipt. As I waited for my car, I received a bank notification for $32.24. ($1.24 extra), went back to dispute with my receipt and she pointed to a sign saying the business will not absorb credit card fees during this time. This is common practice but at least notify the customer and print a receipt that reflects the actual amount being charged.

I was supposed to get my SUV DRIED AND VACUUMED. I was on my Lunch time, waited 20 min car was never touched. Had to leave. Went home to find that the car wash left my car dirty. I had to clean it again and vacuum it myself. What a waste of time and money. Expensive to wash service was slow and car was dirty. Very disappointing.

They do a great job! Expect to wait for at least 30 to 45 minutes. They take their time. Great attention, if you want your clean right you got to wait. You won't be disappointed! The reason why the line is long is because they're good!
