Holiday Inn Westbury - Long Island, Carle Place NY

Really nice room. Got a deal. Shopping is right across the street. Only 2 miles to Winthrop Hospital.

Gustavo is the GOAT. If you do not know what GOAT means it means Greatest of all Time. This guy is great is service. Do not buy a room from here unless you bought it from Gustavo.

First and foremost I want to give employee props.to Mr. Felix I couldn’t have asked for a more word worthy Front Desk manager.everything you promised to take care of you did and in a timely fashion.thank you.and to the manager Mr. Benjamin Ortiz thank you so much for keeping your word and ensuring that all would be taken care of.it was.the hotel was clean and quiet for the most part besides the weekend warriors. I highly recommend a stay here! See you guys again soon!

Convenient location. The toilet overflowed but, staff took care of it immediately. The snack options were limited.

The room was very spacious, updated and clean! The front desk was very hospitable and nice. Great location close to all shopping and mall. Highly recommend!

Went to a business meeting here. The premises were nice and clean, the staff was attentive, overall a great place!

Overall, it was a nice experience. The price was very high for the quality of the room.
Plus, without any explanation, we got a room adapted for wheelchair users. I guess that was the only room left, we thought it was a mistake and got the wrong room. The room was very close the the elevator, so we could ear people getting in and out. It's not the end of the world and I'm glad the Holiday Inn offers adapted rooms, but a warning or a compensation would have been nice.

The least bad hotel in central Long Island. I’ve tried every Holiday Inn/IHG hotel in the area, and this is my favorite. The halls are quiet, they have a bar, and cell service is excellent for taking conference calls by the pool.

This my first negative review
I have to waste some of my time just advice the guest don't think to go there.
This very dirty place even the window never been wash.
The funny part of this hotle is the toilet will take about 5 min to flush.
Sorry this hotel ahould be 1 star motel nit a hotel from out side look nice but the inside really bad.
When i enter the room i felt like smell comig out from there.

That hotel really has very bad smell.
The only good thing about this hotel the parking lot.
But the rest awful.

This should call a motel not a hotel.
I love the area there but that hotel shouldn't be there.

Standard roon very small for the amount of money they charge.
The room need to be more clean they have very bad snell.
I think the smell was from the towels.
And the bathroon.
Also the bad part is the Windows never been ckean really i dont recommends this hotel to any one.

This room very old. The bathroom smell so bad in that hotel i will never go back there again
It was the worst holiday inn.

A clean and decent, if overpriced, suburban hotel. They have a parking lot, N24 bus stop, convenient (across a busy street) from shopping. The restaurant in the Holiday Inn keeps disappointingly short hours. Not what I'd look for for a vacation, but not a bad place to stay.

Lovely hotel tucked away but in the middle of great shopping, eating & theatre.

Bed was not that comfortable but the room was GREAT; especially loved the hidden, medium fridge, eating shelf & storage areas - all behind room decor.

Cancelled my reservation without any notification. No one seems to know why and no one seems to be able to provide me an explanation. I was also notified that rooms are all booked out. If I didn't call regarding another question, I would have never found out and would have gone there and been left without a place to stay (and with a toddler too!).

I stayed here for a couple nights to attend a wedding nearby and I was pretty satisfied with everything. The room was clean, everything worked fine, and anytime I needed to talk to someone at the front desk it was a pleasant experience. I also appreciated how both the check-in and check-out process were as quick as possible.

What a great hotel. They had all the amenities, workout room, shuttle, restaurant and bar. However the reason I'm giving it a 5 star was the staff. I was there for 5 days. They were helpful, accommodating they attended to the details. I felt like I was home. I would highly recommend

The Holiday Inn needs to step up its game here. We stayed here because we attended a wedding next door. Our room was not ready as promised. When we got to the room it was okay. Nothing to write home about. The bar inside the hotel was good. The drinks were a little pricy but its Long Island.
