Do not get the hotdogs, the hot dogs are trash now, they were good when I came a few months ago but they changed the vendor for the dogs and they are NOT good. I think the burgers might still be alright.

First time ordered today and I just love it…best chicken nuggets (not a traditional nuggets) I ever had, it’s different. Chicken sliders & Seasoned fries also great…will definitely try their other burgers as well.

They messed up my burger twice by undercooking it. First time i let it slide because it could’ve been an honest mistake which i totally understand sometimes we make mistakes. But for it to happen a second time is unacceptable. I also got onion rings those were calm but the cheeseburger bun was cold and the meat was undercooked. The picture i posted was the second time i got my sandwich back. The first time was way worse.

I had their classic burger and fries. The burger was simple yet amazing. Like everything about it was great, I just wish it was a little bigger. Fries were great too! They don't have any soda brands like Pepsi n stuff, just glass bottle ones to show support to pal estine and boy cotting is (not) rael the glass bottled sodas usually are expensive but it was 2.50. Cream soda was me and my friend went in expecting okay food but were pleasantly surprised

Good food atmosphere is very relaxing depending on time either you can get your food stead fast or might wait due to demand.

I rarely write reviews, but my recent visit to Holy Cow on Elmont left me no choice but to share my experience. I was looking forward to trying their burgers, fries, and chicken sandwiches, but the encounter was underwhelming, to say the least.

Firstly, the customer service was appalling. When I asked a simple question for clarification about the menu, the staff member, particularly a lady at the counter, responded with such rudeness and condescension that it left me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Customer service is the heart of any food establishment, and being spoken to as if I was an idiot is unacceptable.

Secondly, their inventory management was a mess. After placing my order and paying, I was informed that an item was out of stock. Rather than being notified beforehand or offered a substitute, I was told that the manager would give a refund the next day. This process was not only inconvenient but also lacked transparency, as I received no receipt or proof for this promised refund.

Moving on to the food - another letdown. The portion sizes were surprisingly small, not providing value for money. But what truly marred the experience was the temperature of the food. Both the fries and the chicken sandwich were soggy and cold, stripping away any potential enjoyment from the meal.

I cannot recommend this place, and I will never visit again.

Food was good specially the fires

The food here is way too expensive for the prices. Definitely don't recommend coming here unless you can afford a small 13$ small burger. One time I also got burnt bun.

I'm a long time customer, from back when they shared space with an Indian restaurant in Manhattan. This place has the absolute best chicken sandwich anywhere. Their prices are fair. Much better quality than chick fil A or shake shack. All of their meat is fresh and their employees are actually pleasant. I'm happy to see this business grow, me and my brother use to go to holy cow after the gym during Ramadan. To see them grow so much in a few short years is incredible. At the same time maintaining quality.this particular location is rather large and lacks a certain welcoming atmosphere. Passing by you'd think that it's closed. Other than that, Holy cow is perfect. Keep up the good work.

Update: they started using a paper foil wrapper for chicken sandwhiches that make them soggy. Take out chicken sandwhiches are now horrible. I'm terribly disapointed. Everything else is still top notch. But i come here for the chicken sandwhich and i often font have time to eat in.

Uodate: quality control is going down is way to fast. I do not understand.

I guess having customer service is not their concern or mission for their business/location. I realized my order was ordered with regular cheese and I asked if they can remake the order with vegan cheese as I am allergic to dairy and they would not do so. I will never return and I’m surely getting my money back from my credit card. I also recommend they make it known of cheese options since they have meatless options.

Holy cow is my favorite food place of all time. And their food is halal! Try the turkey sandwich and sliders.

“Holy Dog” from Holy Cow is full of flavor with a variety of toppings such as mustard, onion, relish, peri peri sauce, etc. $3.50 for a single and $6.50 for a double. It was well cooked and gets a 9/10! Definitely worth a try!

We ordered Holy Cow burger and Tasty Holy Chicken Burger.sadly both were way overcooked and had the burnt and smokey taste/smell. We were looking forward to the burgers, as we just landed from a long flight and decided to have Halal burgers on our way home! Quality has definitely gone down since my last visit.
Service was friendly and the place was not busy at all.

The should advertise what they actually make. We actually order from pardon my cheese steak. It turned out to be holy cow. I didn't know until I placed my order. I ordered two 12in one Philly cheese steak and the other 12in chicken bacon ranch. The description for the cheese steak said thinly slices of meat with provolone cheese and cheese sauce. I didn't get that. The chicken bacon ranch was a spicy chipotle sandwich that I never ordered. These were the worst sandwiches ever. It lacked flavor and meat. I will not go back it was not worth the money.
