Holy Cross Church reviews
7Welcoming atmosphere, the very objective priest, everything harmonious with the accompaniment of the organ and dedicated liturgical team
Beautiful and welcoming parish. Come as you are for mass and you’ll leave feeling elevated. The homilies are relatable to the present day with uplifting takeaways.
Whether you’ve been going to church all your life, fell away from it, or a new parishioner, this is the perfect church to build your faith.
In the chaos of Hell’s Kitchen, you will find peace in this parish.
When u need a home away from home and or just to admire the wonderful architecture.walk past the demons and come in
I thought this church was quite discreet on 42nd Street, but when I entered it I was surprised. It was quite beautiful and pleasant, with masses almost every day. A good place to relax and pray. It was worth the visit!
May the Scared Heart of Jesus be adored, glorified, loved and preserved throughout the world now and forever. Scared Heart of Jesus pray for us. Saint Jude worker of miracles pray for us. Saint Jude helper of the hopeless pray for us. Thank you Lord Jesus for blessings received.
We went to mass here several times during our stay in New York. We were lucky to see it decorated with Christmas decorations, very beautiful. During mass they give you missals so you can follow the readings and sing the Psalm. Something very useful since it is a bit difficult to follow a mass in English. Very well heated, and there is always a little picture to take away. The things to kneel on the bench have little pillows.
Beautiful church, wonderful music, delightful and inspiring homily and someone after mass helped me find my way back to my hotel.
