Botched our order. Large order, parked car nearby and picked up, drove home over an hour to suburbs only to find our two holy schnitzel sandwiches were omitted which caused us to have to go out again locally to feed rest of our family. They should have known two sandwiches were left behind and could have called me in which case I could have turned around and come back but they did not. Called and no manager on duty, cashier said would refund entire order but only got partial credit and no way on website to contact UWS location to request again. The one schnitzel platter we did get was extremely thin and stringy. Do not like to post negative reviews for kosher places but there was no care here so now we don’t care and won’t be coming back.

10/10 spot! Great delivery system. Always beating the suggested delivery time. Great menu too … the holy toasty is a personal favorite.

If you love a good kosher schnitzel sandwich with pastrami on top then this is the place to go. The holy schnitzel or holy toasty customized to your liking and I’d be shocked if you were disappointed.

Food was very good but the service was not. They said it will be ready in 1/2 hour. I came there after 35 minutes. I ended up waiting another 1/2 for the food to be ready and they were not very understanding at all about it.

Order by Uber Eat of a burger delivery of the burger without meat or chicken just the breads and vegetables a simple scam

Update: After a claim with Uber the burger was refunded. I do not know if the refund comes from the restaurant or from Uber in doubt I go up the bill.

After good forgetting the main element in a hamburger is not great

Shintzel was disappointing old was dry can’t even eat it it wasn’t like thick.

Always a culinary pleasure eating here. The staff is friendly and attentive and the food is consistently good.

I walked in this evening looking for a quick bite for takeout. I ordered crispy beef with honey garlic sauce, an order of onion rings and a can of diet Dr. Browns Black Cherry.

The crispy beef was like no other that I've ever seen. Hard little nuggets of fried beef with no taste of honey garlic whatsoever. I ate it anyway because I was hungry.

The onion rings were actually not onion rings but were fried breaded chicken fingers which were accidentally given to me. It wasn't worth it for me to leave my hotel and walk the 13 blocks back to the store so I decided to taste one piece. It proved to be dry, mealy and extremely unappetizing. I dumped them in the garbage can.

I'm fairly reluctant to go back there and I can't say that I would recommend this eating establishment.

The schnitzel sandwich was just awful, the meat was dry, the bread was chewy, and the lettuce and tomatoes were mushy. Honestly, even Subway makes better sandwiches than that for less.

Solid lunch experience. Has a bit of an unfinished feel to it and the new smart service doesn't help that but the food was excellent. Fresh, flavorful, and balanced nicely. The sandwich was not overwhelmed by breast and the salad was both hearty and a large potion. Great value for the UWS with fresh and tasty food.

My friend and I were really looking forward to trying this place out after reading really positive reviews on Google. We both ordered wraps which I will admit were super tasty. The biggest let down was the side of fries we both ordered. The fries were over cooked in oil that should have been changed out the fryer days ago. I know this from working in hospitality for many years. I could smell the burnt oil as soon as I walked in the restaurant, but thought I would give you the benefit of the doubt.

I hope you can take this on board, because it is an easy issue that could have been avoided.

Good Kosher fast casual experience. Ordering is efficiently by touch screen - a lot of choices too. Timing was decent at 8 PM on a Wed night. We liked the huge selection of sauces. The pastrami burger was tasty, though the burger was pretty well-done - I didn't see a place to indicate doneness.
