Although we did not buy cabinets from this specific Home Outlet, they were able to work with the one in Dewitt to help us exchange a damage cabinet. Friendly staff willing to make a weird situation super easy!

Very kind people. You don't back up all the way to the building. 20 feet away from building is what they prefer and they'll off load you with pallet jack and fork lift. I would definitely deliver here again.

Home outlet is great! We are adding a new bathroom from scratch and We have purchased everything we can from the north Syracuse location Brandon and Chris are great! The products are not cheap imitations they are high quality at discount prices. Our vanity and tile and shower all found in one place made me very happy also even the hardy board is cheaper here. Yesterday I needed a window at five mins to closing and Chris and Brandon we’re going to put it aside for me to pick up in the morning 15 minutes after closing time Chris called and told me that he had one set aside for me at another location since they did not have one in stock absolutely amazing customer service! I will tell anyone that will listen to shop here first
