The location of this place is really good, the rooms are clean but I do think the wall paper is a little out dated at least in the room I was in. The cabinets did have clean plates, bowls, forks and spoons and a plus was the TV's were a decent size. When I got there there was I sign on the front door saying to use the side door (no big deal). So I go to the side door and that opens automatically but then you have to push open the inner door (which also isn't a problem). The problem for me comes where there isn't anything telling me to push open that door, and you have people who work there looking at you like you should know this fact, probably should put a note on that door as well so people no and don't stand there thinking it needs to be either unlocked or opened from inside. Past that wasn't a bad stay, a little updating and communication and this place would be better.

There were a few problems during or stay. The fire alarm went off at midnight once, the side door to the lobby was closed our home visit and the front door you had to push open and closed manually (it is supposed to open automatically, note easy to negotiate if you are disabled). Otherwise our stay was good and the staff is super friendly.

Friendly and clean. Close to the mall and eating areas with shuttle bus pick up. Hot Breakfast bar is good and always have coffee on standby.

Front Desk agent/Manager "Nate" was very unprofessional. Never recognized me as a member. No Hello, nothing, very rude. Needs training. Asked for Blanket he said "Get it from front desk as there is no one in the hotel", what a lie coz When I went front Desk there were 3 people there including him. Anyways instead of blanket gave a mattress cover and when I went to front desk he just replied "Thats what I have" and then completely ignored me. When I asked "Are you ignoring me? ". He said "what else you want? " instead of apologizing. Very rude. Other agents were very friendly. He should learn from them.
Room was ok. Shower gel dispenser kept falling off. Experience with "Nate" is reason 1 star. He needs extensive training. Help him please.

Had a very comfortable stay, though the breakfast could have been better by adding some better hot food for Vegetarians. As per the new policies rooms are cleaned only on requests or after 4 nights of stay. Staff was nice and helpful. Parking space was enough. Place is 25miles away from Niagara Falls so a car is must have to stay here. Suite does not have gas stove or electric stove only it had was microwave and toaster along with some cutlery, fridge etc.thanks

There was an issue with the Hilton reservation system and the hotel management resolved it properly. The location is great and the hotel is very well kept. We'd definitely stay here again the next time we are in the Buffalo area.

I called hotel on my way there. I had some issues with reservation room type. A young lady madison answered the phone, I explained the situation to her. Her reply was she could not change reservation but would take to a manager. The way things are in world today, I figured I was just being feed an excuse. Lest face it for the most part today there's no customer service anymore. To my surprise when I arrive madsion was at front desk and welcomed me with beautiful smile and said she was able to take care of my reservation. Just when you think customer services is a thing of the past, you meet a madsion. What asset she is to hotel. Thank you madsion

I was disappointed with this Hotel.when I was doing check in in the front desk the guy was asking me to pay for the stay again. When I knew it was an non refundable stay so I had to pay in advance. He was telling me he could do nothing. He told me I have to call my back to verify the transition I was showing to him that the reservation was already paid. I told him to call Hilton customer service he said he no. So I decide to call customer service.they told him the reservation was already paid and he just said they were doing some update to the system. Terrible experience at the front desk.the room was ok I didn't like the bathroom door it was so hard to slide open or close.so every time my kids need it to go to the bathroom I need it to be helping then with the door. I didn't like the little kitchen in front of the bathroom

Stayed for two days and although the room was clean, and the breakfast was carefully prepared, what happened at the end really casted a shadow on my expectations of this Hilton owned hotel. During my check out, I carried some of the luggages out of the room, and the door lock of the room suddenly died. My phone won’t unlock it and I requested a physical key card from the front desk and that didn’t work either. I found the cleaning crew next door and asked one of the ladies for help. She tried many times and she even asked her coworker, and to no avail. Then I had to return to the front desk and asked them for help again. The front desk am told me to return to my room to wait. Then the employee showed up with a device to power lock the door. At this point I had waited for 40 mins since the door lock died on me. I was running late and no one from the hotel apologized for the inconvenience it had caused me. Not a single acknowledgment. Is this how Hilton chain hotels treat their customers? Well this location certainly proved it.

Disappointed.
Expected more from Hilton.
Room restroom door was not working when they provided the room to me. I called front desk and requested to move us to another room as it was unconfirmed without restroom door locked. They say it’s already booked we can’t change the room now
There is no option
Very rude behavior.

Desk chair was dirty & stained.
Bedsheets were y stains, see attached pictures … requested to change them, a young boy came in and did it imperfectly as he don’t know anything to do.he just dumped all together on bed which i have to put them all right way to sleep.
Couch dirty & blinds did not work so could not get outside light.

Poor training to staff and the unsatisfactory stay for me and my family through one day.

Didn’t expect this from this hotel at all!
Scared to stay again at Home2 suites again!

The manager of this hotel Renee is not friendly. I went for a funeral of my mother. I called this property before and explained what I needed. I am a Hilton Diamond member. Booked room based on what I was told. Booked on the app. Then called and was told there were no more rooms. WHAT? Needless to say the stay from there was awful. Got the 2 rooms but had to pay 270 a nite for 1 room. Anyway the room I had the toilet seat was not screwed down.fell off.they did not replace the whole seat until the day I checked out after 4 nights. Then they told me they were booked when I tried to extend
I went and booked another Hilton across the street. Madison front desk was nice. The manager Renee was not. So spend your money somewhere else. Don't stay here.

BOOOO! We wanted to stay here, but refused because their pet fee is $75. We have stayed at Home2 Hiltons on our cross-country vacation and EVERY OTHER Home2 Hilton we stayed at was $50/pet (sometimes they are extra nice and charge $50 for both our two small Boston Terriers).

I read several on-line articles confirming that ". By 2022, Hilton will have nearly 1,000 extended stay properties in its portfolio with the Homewood Suites brand joining sibling Home2 Suites in becoming 100% pet-friendly. This means the hotels will allow pets in guest rooms as well as many public areas. In addition, by 2022 both brands will harmonize their pet fees to $50 per stay across the entire North American portfolio. "

I am happy to patronize businesses which are pet-friendly, and I wanted to stay in all Hilton properties because they were standardizing their pet fees, which is something I appreciate. Hotel pet fees in general are a quick grab at cash for very little in return. Most hotels don't offer small fenced areas for walking, poop bags, or ay other amenities. The "fees" they collect are supposed to be used for "deep cleaning" after a pet has stayed in a room. Hotels barely have staff to get rooms turned over and cleaned to regular or even COVID standards, let alone spending two minutes cleaning up the three hairs my Boston Terrier left on the floor. So-my point is that I'm appreciative of the effort Hilton put out to make pet fees more uniform and attract pet owners. This is a step in the right direction to appeal to those of us with fur-children. But by the same token, I won't just shrug off a property who isn't in line with the rest of the brand. We instead spent our money at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Williamsville Buffalo Airport.

Excellent. Fully stocked kitchenette. Neutrogena "pump" products, less waste, environmentally friendly. Nice breakfast selection. Friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and a nightlight in the bathroom. Quiet. Convenient location right off I-90. Reasonably priced. Plenty of everything stocked in the suite. Only cons were that the ice machines on floors 2 and 3 didn't work and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

This hotel is in a good location that is accessible to the walden galleria mall and local shops.the check-in was easy.although i had two reservations for two nights they were not able to process it at the same time and i needed to checkout and check-in each night of my two night stay.the hotel is clean and comfortable.the king suite with pull-out sofa has a black-out curtain in the middle which makes it like two-bedrooms- which was great when sharing with kids.the breakfast area is rather small for the number of guests it serves.the staff run around franticly trying to attend to the guests request.the breakfast is tasty but with limited selections.overall, a comfortable stay.this hotel gets my recommendation and i would stay here again.

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming and made our stay here comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!
The only negative was the bed was not firm enough. Everything else was great!
