Horrible experience overall. The walls and ceiling were so thin I could hear the people in the rooms next to me, and every step taken above me sounded like someone was stomping. The front desk staff was fine, but housekeeping didn't seem to take the idea of cleaning the room before I got there very seriously. Although I know they were there every day as they made a point to yell to each other up and down the hall. At least the towels and sheets seemed to be clean. If my stay was more than 2 days I'd have left early.

Here now. Place is a mess. Room is disgusting dirty with fingernails and hair from other guests everywhere!
Manager tried to help but expressed that the cleaning crew is new and lacks experience.
I hate to write a review so negative however can’t help it as this place is gross.

Great location not too far from anything by Uber or autos. Rooms are great, what to expect from Home2. All conveniences you’d need for long term stays. Hallways could use some touchups and don’t come across as having nice rooms. Service and facilities are above par and always had smiles.

Had issues with a reservation. Had to call 3 days in a row to speak to a manager. Very poor customer service and manager “Mike” was very rude.

I read through all the recent reviews before staying and they were not the best. I almost canceled our reservation because of the reviews and I am glad I didn't.

Location - close to so many food spots and shops. Everywhere I needed to go (Strong Museum, Trader Joes) was within a 15 minute drive.

Rooms - the rooms were good. They were outdated (sliding bathroom door that was hard to open and shut) but it was cute and just what we needed.

Cleanliness - the room was clean and the pool was clean, no issues during our visit

Safety - This was our top concern after reading the reviews. The hotel is on a main street so I wasn't concerned going to and from my car late at night. I made sure to remove any valuables from my car and we had no issues. We never felt unsafe during our trip.

Overall, I would say that it is a good family friendly hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel was easy to get to facility was very clean and neat staff was amazing free breakfast was excellent plenty to eat rooms were very clean and neat staff would assist with any issues or needs price was excellent would recommend to family and friends a must visit if you need first class lodging that's affordable

Within my budget for a clean, comfortable, lovely and accommodating room. Highly recommend.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Didn't expect much cuz the price was so much lower than other places we looked but the room was very clean, it was absolutely huge, and had all sorts of extras you don't get at other places I've stayed such as a full size fridge, every kitchen utensil you could need, plates and glasses. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again

Worst service at a hotel I've ever experienced. For your own sanity, book somewhere else.

We've stayed at this hotel brand before and it's usually pretty consistent. The staff was very friendly, but the hotel itself isn't located in the best of spots.

While the room was fine, the bathroom door was horrible. They have an extremely heavy pocket door that can't really be fully shut for the bathroom door. And since the bathroom is so tiny to begin with, it makes matters worse. No bathroom fan to speak of either, which didn't help the situation.

If they could just change it to a barn style door like some of the other Home2 hotels have and put a bathroom fan in, those small changes would go a long way!

Don’t use a 3 party for booking they were over booked and we did get our room we wanted with two beds they said that what happens when you use a 3 party

Rooms could definitely be cleaner. Smells a little musty in the rooms. Can definitely tell it's a little old

Staff was very nice. A few renovations and the hotel would be great. Located in a great area. Lots of shopping and food

The check in was bad: we asked for a quiet room, but we’re given a really noisy room. Nobody thanked us for being the diamond members.
The check out was even much worse. Instead of $157 we were charged $221. We checked the bill as soon as we were given. The same woman was checking us in and checking us out. We showed her the mistake. She didn’t apologize and said it’s nothing she can do. She said that her manager should call us when he shows up - around 10 or 11. We were trying to do something right there. It took us extra 1.5 hours and nobody couldn’t do anything. The manager still didn’t show up. We almost missed our flight.
I called 2 more times- they said the manager will contact me. Nobody still didn’t contact me.
It took me 4 days & the email to the Hilton’s ceo to get the refund. Still no apology not the call from the manager.
We were given 5,000 hhonor points instead of 50,000.
The breakfast was the worst ever- it was notorious eat. The juice was really the dyed water. The coffee was just like the hot water. We really don’t recommend to stay there. It’s the worst ever hotel, management and the staff

Basic hotel but service was good and it was close to where we needed to go. Overall a pretty good place!

15 minutes from downtown, adequate parking, clean rooms, though the pillows might smell a bit funky. One of my pillows smelled like someone shoved it into a locker for a month. Luckily the other 3 were good and smelled like detergent.

Thank you Mrs. Kim and Mr. Philip for all your help. Thank you to the staff who made my stay amazing. Beautiful hotel
