We have 2 family members with somewhat complicated issues. I’ve found Homepro (I’ve worked with David) to be unusually knowledgeable. They seem to carry a wide range of products. They’ve been direct and honest with me regarding their ability to meet a particular need, and they’ve spent time discussing possible solutions to issues that they knew they couldn’t service. Finally, when we had a problem with our mother’s hospital bed, they dispatched a tech team quickly and charged very reasonablely (she’s in NJ). I’ve spoke with quite a few medical equipment companies over the past 2 years, and Homepro is the only one I strongly recommend.

LIFE SAVER IS PUTTING IT MILDLY! I have never taken the time to write a review without being asked, but I NEED TO DO THIS RIGHT NOW. I wish I could give them 10 Stars - I needed a medical recliner urgently for my husband's return from back surgery and they MADE IT HAPPEN in a seamless and professional manner. Was told they'd deliver between 1-4pm today; I called when it didn't come and they said 5: 30. Its 5: 30 now and there was no phone call when late the fist time.nor the second time. Not feeling too good or trusting about this place.

Great Customer Service! I worked with Daniel to get an air mattress for my Dad. He was awesome to work with and super informative on the various options, helping me select the best mattress for my Dad.

On recommendation of the manufacturer I contacted Homepro for a replacement mattress for my aunt - since the medical supplier we'd used previously was completely unresponsive. In less than 15 minutes on the phone with a Homepro sales rep, we'd identified a replacement mattress - and within a week thereafter it was delivered. Bravo!

I worked with Homepro on a quick request for a VIP client who needed a hospital bed in a hotel room. Daniel made it so seamless. We were able to get it delivered within days with everything they needed. With every hurdle they overcame it. I would recommend them to anyone!

A wonderful company to do business with! Recently had heart surgery and needed a chair that would lift me to get up and be comfortable and completely electronically operable. I was able to secure the exact chair and had it delivered the next day. 100% professional from the order to delivery! This store is absolutely amazing. They have a heart. Went here to have my grandmother in law try out an electric wheel chair. They spent so much time picking one out with us which would suit her needs. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured. David was the gentleman who helped us make the purchase. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each model. Incredible service. Pricing was fair and competitive. Feels good to know that there are people in the world who care about others.

Homepro Medical is great. They were able to help me get the medical items I needed to allow my mom to stay independnt at home. Otherwise the only optin at the time was putting her in a nursing home. Mom defintely didn't want that. I found these folks on line and done! There were so helpful. I get that mom is going to need to go to the nursing home at some point, but the longer we can keep her in her home the better.
