Homewood Suites by Hilton Poughkeepsie

Clean & spacious! My stays have been great:) the best receptionist is Desi who is so kind, welcoming and always accommodating! It’s my home away from home!

The hotel is very new, the bed is very good, the sound insulation is very good, and the overall maintenance is great!

Very well maintained, clean and lovely hotel. VERY large rooms with tall ceilings, I was here as part of a wedding party, and everything was easy and smooth. Highly recommend.

P. S. The beds are crazy comfy!

The Homewood Suites in Poughkeepsie is well-maintained. The staff is super nice and friendly, welcoming everyone who walks in. The housekeeping staff works tirelessly to ensure every guest has a clean place to sleep for the night. And the breakfast staff is so sunny and cheerful - you will start every day in a good mood.

Isabelle and all the other staff were great. Isabelle made this trip exceptional. She treated our dog, Rico like he was just as important. She’s an asset to your company and a special kind of person. Thank you Isabelle! We wanted to attach a video of Rico eating the peanut butter but we couldn’t.

A little dated tubs but the rooms were pretty nice. Rooms were pretty clean and I will return here when in Poughkeepsie again

Very friendly service.rooms are very clean. Nice fireplace, clean pool. Very nice cooking area. Highly recommend this place. The people in the front desk they will do anything to make you happy

So far my husband and I checked in at 1am the night before greeted by a wonderful cheerful receptionist the was super helpful and kind!

Second night, October 9,2023, I called down from our room waited 15 minutes, no picked up nor even gave the common courtesy to say ‘please hold’!

I then called from my cellular and the Horrible receptionist, Kalyn, “without a ‘T” she snidely remarked stated that she had 3 customers in the lobby and that she was the only one there!

Now what is it that you would like now!

All with such a nasty attitude! I asked about wine she stated that they do not serve wine at all!

The receptionist from the night prior stated that they offer wine! We were considering planning a function at this location but after her! Yeah Right!

This was a great place to stay. The front desk staff (especially Sandy) was fantastic. There was a really nice outdoor area with fire pits and grills.great place to relax after a long day. Would like firmer pillows (noted that's a personal preference) Overall, would definitely recommend and stay there again!

We had a couple of problems but each one was resolved by staff, especially Hans and Peter (a manager). Definitely will return.

What a great place, usually Hotels by the Hilton are. This one was great, it has many, many rooms. Very clean and well furnished. Enjoyed my stay and will be going back soon!

Amazing place to stay! Staff was very welcoming, the breakfast had a variety of delicious choices, the rooms were spotless, spacious and comfortable. I will recommend everyone that is around visiting the area to stay here!

After numerous call room A/C would not cool room. Staff tried and yet we were never offered a different room. Even with the wedding venue discount we received pricing was high based on hotel and amenities. No out door pool and strict outdoor eveing 11: 00pm curfew

Great place to stay. We needed a location while our home was being worked on that was comfortable and east to travel to North East Ford. The staff were so accommodating and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Check-in was easy, but the only clerk there not the best at customer service. Had to ask for gold checkin. Ice not available on 1st floor

Excellent hotel with all accommodations and very friendly staff! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed for a weekend and everything was fantastic. The room was so big, with a kitchen included and the bathroom was spacious too. Everything was clean, except for some spiders webs on the roof’s. The pool was clean and well maintained. They have basketball area, and a mini golf area for kid’s to play. The breakfast was included with a variety of bagel, fruits and you can do your own waffles. The service was excellent, if you need anything just ask and they will help you quickly. Great location with a lot of restaurants and fast food near by. Definitely recommend it.
