This has been the best buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. Normally dealerships have a bad rep. This Honda has restored my faith in that line of work. The sales manager Sam and salesman Armani were outstanding. Understood all needs and wants and made me feel comfortable in the entire buying process.would recommend to everyone.

The time had come for me to buy or lease something newer than the 20 year old vehicle I was riding and constantly repairing. I wandered in to Honda City in Bethpage, NY to see what they had to offer. I was met by sales agent Armani Rivera and we sat and spoke about my options. I felt completely at ease with no pressure to commit. Took the model I was interested in for a test ride and left to think about it. Visited a few other dealers only to find myself uncomfortable with their pitch. Went back to Honda City and Armani, and walked out the next day with a new vehicle. Happy to get the luck of the draw with him. Worked with me and put it all up front making my decision easy. BUYER BEWARE: Extremely suspect business.

I emailed this dealer for pricing info on a new car and communicated I was a serious buyer, willing to come in and make a purchase ASAP. They emailed me back and told me I had to come visit in person and speak with a manager to be quoted a price. Imagine calling up a store and they tell you "Sorry we don't know the price. " THIS IS AN EXTREMELY ABNORMAL and SHADY business practice. Most car dealers DO NOT DO THIS. It is intended to lure people in and then talk them out of more money than they are willing to spend. It is also used to start bidding wars on otherwise affordable cars. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT PERSONAL FINANCE, or are a first time/uneducated car buyer, avoid this place at all costs.

If you are wondering why this dealer has a high review average, it is simply because many people get taken advantage of and don’t even know better. PLEASE become an educated car buyer and don’t waste your hard earned money or time here. Don’t believe me? I’m an accountant. I’m good with money, and will never be spending it here. Seriously people of Long Island, there's so many Honda dealers near you, go somewhere else.

EDIT: The dealer reply makes no sense. The only reason I was told on the phone was "we can't tell you the price because we reassess the market every day" So you're trying to price gouge the hardest on whatever unaware person walks in. Also THEY DO CHARGE FEES! If they didn't charge fees the answer to my question would be "The price is MSRP. " Once again, go to another Honda dealer on Long Island, there's like 40 of them.

When I first arrived at the dealership I was greated by Aiden Rooney. Right from the start he was very accommodating, not pushy and all up in your business like some salesmen tend to be. He asked me what I was looking for and listened to each one of my responses patiently and thoroughly before providing an answer. Seemed like he truly cared to get the right information from the customer so he can meet the customers wants and needs! I ended up leaving the dealership with a brand new car that day and throughout the whole process, which if you have purchased a vehicle before you know it can be timely, I didn't feel the slightest bit rushed or pressured into making any decision but my own. I layed out what I wanted and how I wanted to do it and without hesitation or a single bit of doubt Aiden got it done! His confidence made me feel at ease. Few days later he called me just to check in and confirm I was happy and to see if there were any questions he could answer! I did have a minor issue that I explained and he went out of his way to make sure it was addressed right away! He even took a few extra steps to make me feel like it was no problem nor any inconvenience at all! I would highly recommend doing business with Aiden Rooney to anyone! Because of him my experience with Honda was an A+

Ryan Garcia was the MOST knowledgeable, kind, funny and professional car salesperson I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. He knew I all the ins and outs of the CRV I was interested in. I leased a beautiful Honda Accord in a beautiful blue & I love it. Joe Aveni the sales rep was wonderful. Joe was professional, informative, and very helpful. It was truly a pleasure dealing with Joe.

This place deserve 0 star. I went today to get my car appraised and possibly trade in to get another certified car. All the process went smooth but then there is this guy who sits on one of the counter walked up to me and without any greetings hi hello “we offered you this in 2020” and in very loud voice with disrespectful manner. Told me to get lost and come back in a year when my warranty is expired. This person wouldn’t even let me talk. Tells me he has been working there for 10 years and he is right and I’m wrong. Never visiting this place again & would not recommend to any family or friends.
I do want to thank the person who was showing me the car, very professional.

Went to look at a civic ex over the weekend.car was in stock I was interested in purchasing the vehicle.salesman told me we are charging 6000 over sticker price. 32000 for a Honda civic ex.if you don’t mind paying way over sticker this is the place for you!

I had two issues with my used car buying experience. First, their internet listing on Autotrader was not in alignment with the actual vehicle (showed additional packages that weren't actually on the vehicle). Second, immediately after driving off lot I discovered a warning light. Dealer did not resolve issue and did very little to help me resolve. I absolutely would not work with them again.
