Worst experience ever! Salesman Mark did not know what he was doing. Asking me question that he should of known. Car was very dirty. Also manger David wanted to charge us a delivery fee on a used car. How that work? !?

By far the best experience I've had buying a car. The salesman Silvio gave me a quote over the phone on a used Honda Civic listed on their web site. I was traveling over two hours to their dealership and was nervous that the quote would have fees and other hidden costs attached to it, or worse the car wouldn't even be there. Happy to say everything worked out perfectly. Silvio was great, he had everything ready to go. The price was honored on the quote, the financing was quick and easy with a great low rate. I gave the car a quick test drive, signed a few documents and I was on my way. I would highly recommend them for your next car purchase. Thanks Again Silvio.

Dealership refunded my deposit saying they already sold the car before. After signing paper work with my offer, had the audacity to offer the same exact car for a higher price. Completely disappointed with this dealership. My guess is that they sold this car for a higher price to someone else and refunded my deposit.

This was the best experience in car shopping ever. The staff was super friendly from sales to finance. Naim, my sales person was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and well informed. He made us feel very comfortable and ultimately helped us in making our final decision. We never felt pressured at any time. I am so satisfied with the service I received at Honda of New Rochelle. I am enjoying my 2021 Honda Accord. I will definitely return to do business here and encourage others to do so.

False advertising 101. They offer honda civic r for online purchase at msrp.went through the purchase process online completely.got a call from taylor asking when can i come in.she confirmed the price and i told her i would come pick it up tomorrow. I then asked and made sure the price was the 47k that she sent me the offer sheet for. She confirmed. Online i had done all the steps of uploading my drivers license, insurance info, etc.already. I asked her what the next step was and she said hold on and transferred me to a manager i assume. He then says the car is currently priced at 75k and he would not finalize the deal with me. No where on their website or in the online checkout process does it ever mention a price about msrp. The offer sheet says I have 1 week to finish the deal unless the car sells first. If you want to sell a 45k car for 75k you should advertise that.glad i didn't just show up tonight like taylor suggested to pick up for 47k.

Unprofessional customer service over the phone; I was transferred over three times to make an appointment to discuss lease end options and schedule a test drive, as well as was met with tones of sarcasm and carelessness.

Sold me a certified pre owned car with internal damage and then debated it was "minor damage". Only option is to return the car and lose my down payment. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP! DO NOT BUY!

My friend Avery was stuck with a car that had an APR so high that the car was hurting his pockets. I was told to notify Rose Cruz from Honda of new Rochelle and she had Avery and myself go to the store and look for the best option for him. We spoke to Joe who is knowledgeable of cars and rates, the boss Igor greeted us and assisted with the loan and details. Sylvio explained all the features and let us drive it around the lot. Sandy took care of the paper work, and just like that my boy had a bumper to bumper warranty car with 7 years of full protection and a way lower APR rate. I know they will hook me up like this when I go get my car.they sure do Rock

This is the first time I'm giving them a negative rating. I use to always respond to their surveys and give them a 5 star rating. Recently, the wait has been unbearable and the service personnel aren't as helpful as they use to be. What happened? We are seriously considering going to another dealership for our service.

Update: During Covid-19 lockdown, since the work on my car was not ready on time as promised, the service person gave us a loaner and tried hard to update me on the progress of work. I am revising my review to 4.

The manager Bill and the manager Christine are disgusting they don’t know how to talk to people they do not know what they’re doing they don’t know what their job is everyone in there has a attitude they will not treat you good save yourself the trouble of going here absolutely disgusting place if I had power I would have them shut down
