Recently I just purchased a 2021 accord for my son. The salesman Raymund Valenzuela was a true gentleman. He conducted himself professionally, with courtesy, and respectfully. I definitely will return to purchase any future vehicle to this salesman due to his honesty.

Thomas Cacace has been an amazing help, he explained thoroughly what I needed and finished the service faster than I thought. Was very helpful over another issue and he helped me contact the person needed.

Called them to confirm a car still on the lot, I was told yes its available. Booked an appointment for a test drive. Get there, sales person shrugs at me and says the car was sold.terrible. AVOID!

To all buyers be very careful about this dealership so rude, unprofessional staff included general manager and finance manager.

I had never seen in my life unprofessional finance manager like them

Be very careful about your purchases,
I would say go somewhere else instead of spending your money.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Honda of Staten Island and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Lauren Rocko is seriously wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with her. From the initial phone call to driving off the lot, she made the entire process quick and simple with no BS. I had been in contact with several dealers over a period of weeks and not one of them came close to giving me the courtesy and quality of service that Lauren did. I would 110% recommend Honda of Staten Island to anyone because of her.

I brought my Honda Accord in for service and was greeted by Thomas Cacace. He told me what the cost would be and kept me informed of any service that would be needed either at the moment or in the near future. The waiting room was immaculate and were able to keep appropriate social distance. Thomas is courteous and pleasant.

Thomas Cacace of Honda of Staten Island service center made my experience nice and easy, had an 8: 00 appointment was professionally greeted by Thomas who was courteous and explained what the “service alert” on my dash meant, no pressure for extras, got my oil change and tire rotation, took a ride to Perkins for breakfast when I got back car was done and ready to go. Pleasant experience.

This dealership does not value the customer. I was in the process of leasing a Civic and waited 2 hours for the “Bank person”. Apparently it became too late for that person and s/he snuck out and I stead of telling me themself, anything, someone else told me to come back. I expressed my frustration and anger and was immediately dismissed and told to come back. I was left stranded and had to walk back home because an employee dropped my current car off to my house. No solution was offered. I will never go back and I do not recommend.

Not a good experience with this dealership. Inquired about a vehicle and told them I was already financing with Capital One. I had asked if they could put a hold on the vehicle as I was not able to get it until later that week. I was assured that if I started an online application, I would be able to purchase it the day of my visit. They ran my credit which took a hit but I was sure I would be able to get the car. But the day before, they sold the vehicle. Extremely disappointed.

My experience started out good, but ended a nightmare. Hidden fees and no one will fess up to their mistakes. No breakdown of fees charged on accessories that supposedly were installed and I didn't ask for. I had to argue about the fees even though it's in writing what I was supposed to pay and they reluctantly had to issue me a check for most of the money that was charged to me without my knowledge or anywhere on my contract. Paul the finance guy even told me that he didn't want to hear anymore about it after the day the check was issued. Not sure how there are good reviews. Check the BBB on this dealership and stay away.

I had a 12: 30 pm appt.and upon arrival my vehicle was taken immediately and the estimated wait time was shorter than I was told.
They were courteous as usual.

Beware of misleading price! In addition to the already inflated car prices in this current market, they also tack on a $500 DMV fee, $499 prep fee and a $495 admin fee to really make sure you’re upside down with your new vehicle. Absolute joke and that’s why people don’t like dealerships.

Thomas Cacace, the service rep, was outstanding. He treated me professionally and respectfully and explained the work to be done and when it was completed, how it was completed. He is a credit to Honda of Staten Island. I will always request that Thomas take care of my car in the future.
