Honeoye Valley Family Practice, Honeoye Falls NY

I used to go here as a kid and all was well. Over the past 5-10 years getting into an appointment has become an exercise in futility. A good friend of mine went and was completely disregarded by the staff (primarily Dr Cromwell) while seeking treatment of a chronic illness. The same with other members of their family. I last visited for a messed up ankle and the young (Australian?) doctor was kind. However getting seen involves hour long waits in the front room and then another in the treatment room. They are overwhelmed and understaffed at the very least. If you can go somewhere else, it's in your best interest to do so.

I have come here for years and used to have a great experience and felt well-cared for. The past few years have been nothing short of DISASTROUS. The staff here show little to no respect for clients and their customer service skills are nonexistent. Along with a lot of other clients, I was hung out to dry for the last time. Will NEVER be returning.

I had been going for several years and typically had a good experience feeling heard and cared for with reasonable wait times and scheduling. Today Dr. Sophie Dickinson walked out of the room while I was in the middle of asking questions about the condition of my health. I was left feeling highly disrespected, confused, and overall there was no professionalism. Complete disregard.

Dr. Dickinson was extremely unprofessional and walked out while my friend was in the middle of asking health related questions. This is extremely concerning considering the trust and titles doctors have. Do not go to this practice.
