Honest John's Pizzeria Fairmount, Jamestown NY

This pizza was the worst pizza I have ever had I would have rather they bring out a 7-Eleven Pizza John you need to find a new career

Our first time visiting was greeted by Paige when we entered. When she found out it was our first time she explained the buffet and explaned the Hojo Hoagie is a customer favorite. I got the buffet and my husband tried the Hojo Hoagie and the garlic bread with cheese. Everything was very good, especially the homemade sauce. The buffet was constantly being refreshed while we we were there. Atmosphere was great and the service provided by Paige today was top notch we will difinetly be back.

I thought the place needs a good cleaning. Food all over the floor. Does not make for a good eating experience.

Honest John's is our favorite place to dine for a family night out. The kids adore it and it feels like going to a long time friends house to sit for dinner. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable and we never feel out of place as a family! The food is great and we always have a good time. Its more then going for a meal out, it's going for memories for us and our kids, everything a hometown business should be!

The food is really good and they keep it coming out fresh for the buffet. The staff is good and helpful. My only complaint about the buffet is the lack of variety of the food. Their pizza and wings are delicious and mouth watering and they have the best homemade ranch dressing in the area for your salad or wings and tenders. They also have much more to offer from the menu that I haven't tried yet but would be happy to.

We did the lunch buffet & it was really good. Had pizza, wings, tenders plus dome pastas & salad.

The service and staff are awesome. The man that was working Sunday afternoon was outstanding, checking tables filling drinks and clearing dishes. Thank you

I asked they had parmesan and the lady said parmesan what in which i replied do you have parmesan two by fours.

Always great food I mean can't go wrong with Honest Johns. Their buffet is well worth the money.

I do hope they wear protection glove when they do all the cooking because I don't like seeing people cooking out in the kitchen with their bare hands and serving customers with their bare hands, because never know their bare hands has germs and in contact with.

Horrible experience tonight. Visiting from out of town for a family emergency and took my sister and her 3 children to eat. The minute we walked in the door at 8: 10PM not a single hello, the only thing we heard from the waitress with black hair and glasses was “the buffet closes at 8: 30” My thought was, that is understandable as they probably wanted to clean up so we decided we would order off the menu. The 5 of us sat at a table and I went to the counter to ask for menus and again I was told that the buffet was closing. I explained that we were going to order off the menu. I went back to our table and the same waitress came over and then stated “we close at 8: 30” we mentioned that the website and sign on the door shows 9PM. The waitress then started yelling in front of all the customers that we are very disrespectful.
I asked her if she wanted us to leave and she stated “I have a lot going on and I would like to get home to my family”.
We decided at this point that it was time to leave. I asked for the manager and the rude waitress said he was outside. I walked outside and he was no where to be found. I went back in the restaurant and asked for him again and the waitress told me again I was disrespecting her and she walked away.
The blonde young woman at the front would not speak to me at all after asking for a manager.
Finally the manager Austin came out of the back to speak to me and I explained to him what had happened (like he didn’t hear it in the back from the waitress) and his response was that the waitress is “on edge” There happened to be a sweet gentleman prior to getting Austin’s attention who gave me the owners name. When I mention to Austin that I would reach out to the owner, Austin started to reprimand the challenged employee asking him what did he think he was doing by giving out the owners name. Although is seems like Honest Johns is an Equal Opportunity Employer, I feel that employee was bullied when I left.
I cannot believe that a manger would take an employees side when we were treated that way. Austin did not even try to make things right. What manager would accept that behavior from an employee?

In all my years, I have never walked in to any restaurant who refuses to serve you because they are closing in 50 minutes.

Probably one of the worst times we had there, waitress was very slow, had to spell out the word pepperoni! Pizza crust was so thin and tough

Honest John, your pizza is terrible.

It tasted like tomato paste and not a flavorful pizza sauce at all.
