Love this store! Glad I discovered it because I found out they sell Ines Rosales tortas de aceite from Spain. They're not easy to find and much more expensive online. Plus I lucked out as they were ON SALE! The staff were very helpful and courteous. I could spend hours strolling the aisles of this store. Will be visiting again soon.

I travel an hour twice a month to come here because of the numerous vegan grocery items, the bulk section, the deli and the bakery. The plants they offer are also top notch. It's one of my favorite places to shop at in the Albany area.

Wonderful store!
Staff is one of a kind and it makes such a difference shopping there. Joshua is always a huge help and so patient in tons of questions or item locations. Truly welcoming

Michele is an amazing cashier who is so sweet and helpful even at the busiest moments. I always make sure I go to her register when she is there.

Phil and Alex are also gems! They go out of there way to explain things and answer questions

Favorite place to shop!
Excellent products

Can't rate less than one star. I was forced to have to wear a mask over my nose. I am a heavy smoker and breathe heavy I cannot breathe through my nose it burns and gives me a headache.mask mongering. They would not let me buy the products so I just had to leave them at checkout. Refusing to sell to me.i was complying, i did have a mask on the whole time just not over my big nose.if i wasn't complying then i would have walked into the store without one on completely.

I'm trying to convince more people to go with me more often. I love their selection and their prices. Some things definitely run more on the expensive side but that's the price you pay when you want earth and body conscious foods. Their standards for produce are high for a reason and I'm grateful. Can't wait to stop by again!

This is a great grocery store for people who want locally and sustainably sourced products. Another plus is being able to bring your own containers from home for items they have in bulk. Downside is the steep price of products. It's good if you are only buying a few things.

Oh yes costly but with eating naturally organic food! Everyone treated me so nice and was very hands on to assist!

Unsanitary and expensive. The workers and shoppers often have awful body odor. The buffet and deli are horribly cross contaminated. The hot food is cooked by people who don't know how to cook so it's not very good. I am glad they provide healthy options but the place sucks and they rake in obscene amounts of money.

The only bad thing I have to say is this place has three bathrooms for men and women together. Me personally it frustrates me when going into big places like that and they only have one or two bathrooms. Other than the bathroom situation the staff is friendly

The produce is the best & freshest I've had in Albany. Most of the bulk products are well-priced. Pretty much everything else is quite expensive. Especially because they are located in a disadvantaged neighborhood they should REALLY be doing more for the community. The local residents generally seem to feel a bit insulted & see this as a store for rich people- folks who live a 2,3 minute walk away.

They also have many EV charging stations, which is good. But they refuse to make announcements when they're all taken up by non-EV vehicles, which is annoying & disappointing as well.

Love it. Grocery store with every healthy natural products. They also offer free classes during the week, weekends and through the month. Even many catered for children. If your a healthy eater, hair, lotion or soap maker etc.go here! It is quite expensive for natursl product but it is everywhere.

This is a great place, but it ain't easy on the wallet, let me tell you.
I'd rather spend my dough here, however, getting high quality healthful nourishment, than at the hospital later!
Tremendous selection - foods, cooking tools, clothing. It's come a long way since its humble Lark Street beginnings!

It is great for my gluten free allergies and for many wanting to eat organic and lots of allergen free stuff! I love their bakery! I took away stars bc the place is still too expensive! A membership is too expensive for someone low income! They need to have gluten free wraps for the pre made sandwiches on the shelf to grab and go!

I really like this place. They have so many options for vegans. They have lots of good quality healthy stuff too. They have a good cosmetic section, they have nice natural candles and incense, writing books, yoga mats, yoga cards, salt lamps, books on health and herbs. The staff are knowledgeable with there products and friendly. Always a pleasure to go there.

If you like Whole Foods or Trader Joe's, wait til you see this place. Insanely vast selection of great local food and crafts, and a knowledgeable staff that can help you with any questions you might have about a product. Best place to buy cheese in the area by a long shot, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.

They also have a lot of neat classes and information about community events that you can learn about in the cafeteria area by the registers.

Always feel a little uncomfortable here as a person of color. However, if you read the signs, write the codes for your produce, and scan for good prices, it is a decent shopping experience.
