Horizon Condominium, New York NY

Outstanding staff, great location, and incredible amenities including a rooftop penthouse level pool and large common areas with panoramic views. The fitness floor is sprawling. New construction today cannot compare as they try to fit in more units vs.adding so many amenities on prime floors.

Very helpful accommodating staff. Wonderful dry cleaners, and is very clean compared to other buildings. The gym is amazing, and there are no bed bugs in my apartment and I have never been bitten in all the 3 years we have been here, so this must be a roomer started by an upset renter.

This building is falling apart. Elevators don't work, common areas have tons of issues. Tons of drama around the board and their actions.
The playroom apparently was flooded a bunch of times. The swimming pool is outdated, the jacuzzi never works.
Over priced apartments for what you get.
I moved out last year and I am glad I did! Apparently now it's even worse!

This building actually has bed bugs unfortunately. I was shocked to see.theyre actually on every floor. Its a shame cause its a nice spot.

There are two white pick up trucks parked blocking the bike lane every day. Its been like this for a year now.

They belong to a business called Horizon Condominium, they store their vehicles in the bike lane to save money on parking.
