Horizon Health Services, Buffalo NY

The absolute worst place I've ever been to. The councillors and doctor doesn't care about the people that go there. When you want a return call, it's either hours or days later. When you want to switch to a different councilor they get very nasty with you. It's like all you are is just a quick cash grab. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Do not use this company. They will bill your insurance forever but no end in sight. You will end up with no satisfaction.

These people don't care about me or anybody else who goes there they only care about their numbers, there is way too much estragen.ive gotten more help from a book.which is where most of them talk an relate from

I would recommend if your are seeking treatment to do further research and skip horizon as a whole! The staff is very inconsistent and when in doubt they draw their own conclusions to your needs. If you have a loved one seeking treatment this is not the place for them! Horizon counselors care more about numbers rather than people, they care less about your need or the help you require and more about helping the system! No person facing adversities should ever be treated with such disrespect and lies! Yes, they Lie to save face and they do not care how it affects their clients. When seeking treatment you want to hear " Your almost there your almost to the horizon " Its should say welcome to Horrorizon. Because the horror they offer is terrifying for those of us seeking help! Poor client service and even worse patient care!

My experience with Herizon was poor the young councillors where more concerned about satisfying the court than my recovery. Tessa the councillor was very sneaking and Chelsea is a smile in your face lier behind your back personally i wouldn't recommend this place for help in your recovery sad but true I do not recommend this place for help cause some of the councillor do not have your best interest in recovery "they just work there".

I was SCAMMED! By the Counselor Mark. I was paying for meetings out of pocket ($98) each day & he knew that. I abided and completed all tasks he asked of me. After 2 months of meetings & telling this random man about my personal life, he closed my assessment due to “lack of information gathered” 2 days before my court date WHICH WAS ALREADY adjourned due to “not enough time to make a decision”. He knew of all of this and left me with no clearance to bring to my court as if I never did any assessment. Go elsewhere!

At first when I was court ordered to go to horizons I was angry in denial and felt like I wasn't suppose to be there but then I met Lindsey my counselor she had me open up and asked me challenging questions about myself that made me face reality and acceptance. If it wasn't for Lindsey and the staff at horizons I wouldn't have been able to get over my addiction but I did. At 18 years old having a dwi on my record wasn't cool. Now I'm 23 years old going on 5 years sober and have a wonderful life that I never thought I could have back then. I recommend this facility to anyone that needs help

If your into being treated like a common drug addict or enjoy being classified amongst common rabble when it comes to race or description of mental health symptoms than this place is for you.

If there was an option for 0 stars, i would. This place is literally just a big government scam and bullshit!
