Tim Lippa and Austyn Fee handled my new Nissan Rogue 2021 transaction. They were both professional, friendly, and efficient. I literally walked in on Monday to discuss turning in my 2018 Nissan Rogue and walked out on Tuesday with a new vehicle! I’ve NEVER had a better car buying experience. I worked with Steve Carroll who was absolutely amazing. I’m VERY picky and knew exactly what I wanted. (I will only drive black vehicles, and I seriously hate the color red and I’ve had different dealerships/salesman try to talk me into getting a red vehicle just to make a sale.) This man searched states to find what I wanted because what I wanted wasn’t around town. He actually works at the Hoselton Nissan dealer, but helped me get a Chevy that I wanted. He was so friendly, not pushy, and made the whole process so easy for me. We worked together over the phone, and when I finally got into the dealership he had EXACTLY what I wanted waiting for me. The whole paperwork process was so fast (I’ve never spent less than 4 hours in a dealership previously) and everyone I came into contact with was so friendly and pleasant. I should also mention that I live within one mile from MULTIPLE dealerships and I will gladly travel the 25-30 minutes to be able to interact with the whole Hoselton dealership family. I will also be making the drive to service my truck because I was that impressed with Steve and everyone else I came into contact with. Highly recommend.
My husband and I were forced to buy a new car 6mon before we were prepared to do so after someone turned a corner too fast and totalled our car. Hence our trip to Hoselton. Mike Lawler was very helpful, listened to our story and needs and found a car that suited us and our price range. My husband"s previous car that was totalled was also bought and serviced at Hoselton so we knew what the facilities were like. We're very happy with our new Sentra. Thanks!
If you are looking for a new car I would go with Hoselton Nissan! They are wonderful! My Sales Rep Craig Holmes was amazing! I told him what I was looking for and the price range I wanted and he made it all happen. The sales manager Don was great also! Both gentlemen were fantastic and I highly recommend Hoselton Nissan! The experience was the best one yet buying a car, I felt like I had know them forever but in reality just met them both, that is how comfortable they make you feel and not once did I feel pressure to buy a car from them. He listened (seriously, he REALLY listened and asked pertinent follow-up questions) to what I was looking for in a vehicle & my budget, and presented solid options for me. I have a 2007 Nissan Murano SL AWD. She's old, so I do my best to take care of her. Hoselton Nissan Service does an excellent job helping do just that. Andrew Locke (manager) and the service advisor team are always friendly, fully explain issues your vehicle is experiencing, and present you with service options that are cheaper than usual (where applicable). I purchased my car from a used dealer last year with virtually no maintenance history on record, but Hoselton Nissan Service helped me make* a service history for my car, and I know everything that it needs from having documented the excellent work that Hoselton has done for me throughout the past year. It is wonderful to have such peace of mind behind the wheel, knowing they take great care of the car, and provide fantastic customer service while doing so. Best in the business, I appreciate you guys!

I had never leased before until 2 1/2yrs ago. Always had hand me down cars. Not that I wasn’t greatfull but I was finally able to get a NEW car and being in my late 40’s I was feeling like a princess. Well I just started to get notifications that my lease was going to be ending soon. I had no idea what to expect and was really kinda nervous. Tom at Hoselton Nissan put my mind at ease. It was sooo easy and he understood where I was coming from. I highly recommend this place and Tom. I hope he will be there again in 2 1/2yrs. So love my car.
Wanted to give a shout out to Andrew and the service dept at Hoselton Nissan. I had an issue with my car the day after I had an oil change there. They got me right in, diagnosed the problem and acknowledged that they had made a mistake and would fix it at no cost. A big Kudos to a business that is willing to own their mistakes and make it right! He also hooked me up with vouchers for 4 free future oil changes! A big thank you to the crew at the Hoselton Nissan Service Dept.for your integrity and professionalism!
Excellent staff! I recently leased a Sentra SR and had a great experience. The staff was attentive and eager help out their customers in any way they could. I would recommend you go here to buy or lease a Nissan!
My experience has been horrible. Filled with poor customer service call the way around. I used the online services to reach out to someone for some questions. I communicated with someone twice and am yet to receive a call back when I was told I was going to get one both times. I will be bringing my car elsewhere, which is unfortunate since I just moved to the area.
