The sales associate was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Happy to help me with my purchase and make my experience a pleasurable one. I was a bit anxious about the situation and Nikolay put me right at ease. The best experience I could have hoped for. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They know what they're doing and will do what they can to help you have a great experience. I wish I could rate them more than 5 stars because they deserve it. Great people!

This place STOLE our vehicle keys after appraising the vehicle. I made two special trips back to try and get the keys and both times the employees blamed it on a phantom manager, promised to call back and never called back. Fortunately for them we had a spare set of keys and were able to sell the vehicle without any penalty, or we would absolutely be backcharging them

Called the repair shop about no floor heat on a 2020 Jeep compass. The person on the phone says " your not supposed to get floor heat"!
Excuse me!
All vehicles get floor heat. So I did research.it is an on going problem with Jeep not getting floor heat. I called another dealership.they admitted that it's a problem, but it's not their responsibility to fix it. I told them that it's still under warranty. Again.they said take it else where!
Here it is.winter is coming and I can't get floor heat. And the Jeep dealerships refuse to fix the problem. Should I take this to the media and let them sort it out? Or will one of these dealerships man up and take responsibility of a Jeep flaw!
Again.if any of you Google, no floor heat from my Jeep.you will see a long list of complaints. I WANT MY FLOOR HEAT AND I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY A DEALERSHIP TO FIX IT!
AFTER ALL. I'VE HAD THIS COMPASS FOR 7 MONTHS.

My wife and I came in looking for a pickup truck. We were assigned to salesman Paratha Saha. It was the most wonderful experience with a used car salesman I've ever had. He was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable about the truck. A real personable guy.then we met the finance guy Steve Weston again not pushy very knowledgeable got us excellent financing. We sat and talked about cars for an hour and a half.another great guy to deal with. I can't say enough good about my experience with this dealership. I highly recommend looking for your next used car at hosleton.if you can ask to see these two guys. Update. The battery died on the new truck I called paratha he got right on it. Hosleton sent a guy E Fredrick to check the battery at my house. He determined that it was bad. He said he would come back and pick up the truck tomorrow and have hosleton replace the battery. The next day he showed up and picked up truck took it to dealership replaced battery and returned truck in a few hours very happy with Mr Frederick and the whole hosleton team.

Had a meeting with Mr. Diguardi in the Used Vehicle Center at Hoselton. I came in after receiving a postcard explaining the program that Hoselton has established, where they would buy my low-mileage older car and help get me into a more current vehicle. I cannot afford to do anything, but I was given an assessment of my car's vale, in a short matter of time. I appreciated the salesperson seeing me on short notice, and was treated fairly and honestly. I have been a loyal Hoselton customer since 1980 and will always remain loyal, because they treat people with respect, and I am a GM fan, forever.

They completely ruined any excitement I had purchasing a new car for myself. One of the most stressful and bizarre experiences I've ever had. Nobody is on the same page nobody knows what they're doing. Salesmen and managers are shady and they sold me a car with an electrical problem and salesman PARTHA told me I'm lucky they did as much as they did for me and if I want to return the vehicle I MIGHT get a credit as if I'd want to go through this experience again with them. The amount of mistakes they made they had the vehicle more than I have and it's only been 3 weeks now my right dash where my gas gauge is, is completely black he told me service manager did not care because it wasn't doing it while they had it even though I have a video of it cutting in and out conveniently on my way there to fix things they should have done the first time. After being bounced around and dodged I now have to take it to a dealership and make all these arrangements on my own after they sold me on some nonsense warranty that I'm seething I even have to use already. Only person that was nice and actually helpful was Randon

UPDATE 10/18/23
Actually no one at hoseton helped me at all in the slightest. I left several voicemails for Matt Ernest who never called me back. I called around and made my own appt with the dealership. The only people that cared to help me where the wonderful people at Ralph Honda. They arranged everything from payment reimbursement to my transportation. No one even followed up with me to make sure issue was resolved until I was in Tuesday morning because one of my new tires popped. Only person who gave good customer service was Brian in Nissan service who helped resolve my tire issue quickly and called me back like he said he would in a timely manner.

I'd leave zero stars if I could. The car we bought from them for almost $20K within 6-8 months needed over $5000 worth of work and the expensive extended warranty they sold us only covered half of it. Now the car is valued at half the price we paid for it. The sales manager could care less. No wonder why car salesmen get a bad wrap. They are completely shady and don't care about customer satisfaction. I expected so much more from Hoselton. Now seeing other people who have had similar issues I at least know I'm not the only one that was scammed by Hoselton

Rick and the crew at Hoselton are the best, my girlfriend and I couldn’t be more pleased with our Tacoma and 4Runner. As a disabled veteran, the discount they applied towards our purchase was both needed and much appreciated, and we couldn’t be more grateful!

I love my Cross Over SUV. Found this car online at Hoselton, sent them an email asking to see it the next day. Melissa contacted me and made the arrangements. Manny was waiting for me to arrive outside the Used Car Sales Center with the car. He showed me all the features and gave me the keys to take it for a ride. My 7-pound pet Yorkie fell in love with his new "wheels" with a moon roof! This car has everything I wanted; the price was right; received a fair trade-in price for my vehicle; financing explained to me in detail - user friendly for sure. I met the efficient and friendly staff at St. Pius Federal Credit Union, where I financed this car. Alex delivered the car to me, and Aaron reviewed maintenance and upkeep. Why Hoselton? The Hoselton Promise and the staff are a class act.

04.05.2023 It's 8 months later and I still love this vehicle. It suits Boog's (Yorkie) and my transportation needs.:)

The initial buying experience was not pleasant but we thought that we were getting a deal. They took us to the main building in an attempt to sell us insurance and additional services that they could have done in the used car building. They claimed that the brakes were good and two weeks after purchasing the front brakes require replacement and the back brakes were not greased correctly. They even left the key lock box in our vehicle after the "inspection" they claim that they were doing. Stay away for used vehicles as you get LESS than what you pay for.

I just purchased a 2021 Nissan Murano and was thoroughly impressed with the genuine sincerity and customer care that my sales rep Bill Bolia and delivery specialist Alex Nedelkos extended to me as well as all the other folks involved. They know how to do it right!
