Bought an amp with bad speaker outs. They fought me and fought me for a return. Waste of time and money.

Not a good experience. They sold me a “new” amplifier that had obviously been returned previously. Box was all beat up and had several areas where you could see other shipping labels had been removed. They claimed that labels were from the manufacturer shipping to them which was total BS. When I opened the box the amp was damaged.

To add insult to injury they tried to blame the damage on me! At first they refused a refund, then they did offer a refund and deducted $200 for damage that I was not responsible for. Fortunately the purchase was made through an on-line auction and they provided me with a full refund, not the seller.

Avoid this place at all costs, just look at the other reviews. There are too many other reputable electronics vendors out there, no need to deal with this nonsense.

I have been a friend and customer for many years at hot bear electronics and I can say that you can always find what you need from here. If they don’t have it In stock they will always find it and have it for you within a few days. Hands down the customer service is always impeccable and you’re always getting the best price no matter what the item is and compared to other electronic stores in queens. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for home pro or car audio TVS they have the best deals
