Hot Topic, Victor NY

Was not gonna go in but the guy at the stand outside handed me a flyer with an in store discount.turned out prefect as I found my neices birthday present.

Plenty of items available, great selections. One problem.the store is too small for all the displays. It needs a larger location inside the mall.

This is definitely the best place to go to find a rock and roll t-shirt. Cannabis paraphernalia is not uncommon. Always a must see when in the mall.

The overall customer service was very pleasant, I just have more of a gripe with the company: I know they're not the same as they used to be, but they have much more diverse clothing options online (Tripp and other "classic" brands) that I wish they carried in this store. It would be nice to have the option of edgier clothes for teens that may be shopping with their parents without having to go to Spencer's. Overall, clean store that is much easier to navigate than it used to be.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, especially when dealing with parents who are looking for something for their kids

Awesome place to shop. Great items and very helpful, friendly employees. I only gave a 4 because this store carries a little less then other Hot Topics I e been in. I definitely recommend.

Hot Topic is Hit Topic, you know what you're going in for, Nostalgia. My inner emo kid is what brings this up to a 4 star from an average 3 stars.

I never go in the store itself, but always stop to look at the Funko's. The people that work at the Funko area are always very friendly

Loved it! Had something on hold. They had a kiosk outside so I wouldn't have to go inside and pay. Everyone was very friendly!

Variety of hot sauce. From extreme hot to hot. I got a few really nice taste. The price a little high, but it is good!

People were lovely and nice at this hot topic. I'm not from around this location in Rochester, but the associates were friendly and made polite conversation while checking me out.

My kids love I don't mind prices a bit high.plus I have bad asthma & chronic migraines & stupid masks. Are a killer I will it but why do constantly have to scream. At me. To me to pull it over my nose? They're lucky shopping there

Great store and selection, very good at keeping up with culture. This said, they can be overpriced on certain things. Not to take away from them however, their prices on many things are very good.

Great place to go for alternative style clothing and Pop culture items. Workers are always friendly and inviting.

I like shopping here because I, and my friends/family, are big nerds who love fandom items. However this latest time I was in there the selection had dramatically decreased. It was definitely disappointing.

The cashier ignored me multiple times when I said I didn't want to provide a phone number, and just wanted to pay. They ended up asking someone I was shopping with for one. This is a fast way to get me to not shop here anymore.
