Hotel at Batavia Downs

Very nice/friendly and professional. - BUT. Bathroom sink drain was plugged. - Bartenders talking at register for at least 2 minutes while we waited for service. Almost left. - Carpet between beds was REALLY dirty and temperature hard to regulate. - Our table was against a cold outside wall, so we were cold the whole time.

We will stay again - No it was all very nice - Your cleaning staff. - Very professional and friendly - Very clean and everything you needed - Bar staff was very accommodating and friendly - Very clean, nice colors, very comfortable pillows! - Respectful, helpful, one thing that stood out was the greetings when we were leaving every staff member from front desk to cleaning staff said thank you and have a nice day.very impressed. - Very friendly bartender, great service

Stopped on a business trip, very nice rooms, comfortable bed, large bathrooms.
Natalie, Elu, Stacey, and Rachel are awesome.
The only thing I wish is that I asked for a room overlooking the race track, it's a beautiful view! The service in the 34 lounge and Fortunes are awesome!

Nice facility. Rooms were nice. However bad signage for hotel check in and poor drive up to unload baggage. Also the walk to the rooms is long. Better be in decent shape. Free breakfast was excellent

It is great value when you offer free play, Tops gift card and those mixed drinks. It will keep us coming back. - Missed having bacon on most recent trip - Was there for Super Bowl, was able to get a seat no problem and stay for the duration of the game. Loved the Vegetable/Tomato soup. - null

Will definitely be back. Also liked the choice of having a track view room. Really enjoyed that. - Everything was great. No complaints. - I wish I had taken their names. But the girl at the reservation desk when we checked in and the gentleman that waited on me in the Homestretch restaurant were wonderful. - Again, very impressed with the cleanliness. - Again an area I was impressed with. Very clean area, the girl working in the room was so nice. And the food, excellent. - Pizza was excellent. And the gentleman who took our order was very helpful. - I have to say it has been a very long time since I have been in a hotel room that was so clean. This was my first stay at your hotel, so I was very well impressed. Keep up the good work in this area, I think it is most important to your guests at this time.

We've stayed several times now and have enjoyed each stay. We'll be back. - The lady running the breakfast is super friendly and helpful. - It seems the menu at 34Rush doesn't have as many choices as it used to have. The food however was great. -

My overall stay was great and I definitely want to come back and stay again. - Stay at hotel was great. - Eli at guest check-in - Eli, was very friendly with awesome customer service. - Shower was great, was happy to see the shower cap as I had left mine home. I love the shower and water temperature was perfect. - Definitely wasn't greeted at 34 Rush upon arrival or even acknowledged. Waited about 20 minutes for service to order after seating myself. Finally just went to the bar to order food. Food came out quick and was great, however no napkins or utensils provided had to go search the bar for them. My daughter later ordered wings and waited almost an hour for wings while noticing a person order the same after her and get their order before her. She ordered her wings at 8: 03pm and never got them until 8: 54pm. Definitely should not take that long for 10 wings. - Absolutely the best comfort in bed and pillows. Me and my daughter slept so well. - Eli was very helpful trying to find me another date for my other free stay. Unfortunately the dates In available the hotel is booked. Hi, February 10th 2023 My husband and I just came home from Batavia Downs. Very nice place n the staff n everyone who works there were very friendly. Rooms were clean n very nice. Thank you for a wonderful time n experience.

I've stayed several times for work and have been very happy. However this time there was a wedding party on my floor. They were loud, rude, noisey slamming doors screaming and yelling, pounding on doors I couldn't sleep for two nights and I was there for work not pleasure. The staff really tried hard to tell them to quiet down several times but they were ignorant and didn't listen. I unfortunately had two very sleepless nights - It was enjoyable other than the noise - Very very friendly and helpful. They were very good on helping with the problem on my floor! - Was there for an event downstairs. Room is always nice. - Very nice and clean! - BEAUTIFUL as always! - Friendly and helpful for sure. - I noted in detailed above. But with that large of a group the staff had a hard time controlling them. They did the best they could!

ADA room was the farthest room away from the casino and the elevator. Doesn’t make any sense to me. Difficult walk post hip surgery that was the reason I got a ADA room, otherwise everything was good. - Really enjoyed the band. The bar service was great and accurate with the drip orders. Wish there was a trash can to throw out disposables. The items sat at my table all evening. - Should have bottle water in the room at least 1 per guest. I dropped an item and it went under the bed. Room needs to be cleaned under the bed. The dust was a very large amount RM 425. Room was very room luckily the A/C worked and was able to cool it down to 68.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is amazingly clean, stocked and has friendly staff. - Adopt us! - Very Friendly Staff! Enjoyed an overnight stay February 12th to 13th. Very nice room, fully stocked, very clean. Great breakfast included in the morning. Everyone was so nice!
Great little hotel in the town of Batavia NY. Convenient to the NYS Thruway.
