My mother recently had surgery and needed some assistance with daily tasks. The home attend service provided by HouseCalls was excellent. The home attendant was knowledgeable and caring, and we couldn't be happier with the service provided.

Our brother is legally blind and he’s also in his early seventies. He requires live-in services. We’ve used these people for years and they’ve done an exceptional job. I’d recommend them to anyone.

This company is the worst, they never returned back calls, no one tells you when the coordinator is switch. They do not pay you for going to dr appts with patient and their suppose to that. I will be filing a complaint to insurance company about this agency.

My Aunt Rosie had surgery that left her with a surgical wound that needed dressing and changing so she didn’t get an infection. My aunt wasn’t able to do that herself, so we had someone from House Calls Home Care come and do that. Thumbs up to them for a job well done. My aunt’s wound healed properly and she’s now doing well after her surgery.

Our mother has been a bit lonely since our father passed and we wanted someone to check on her on a regular basis. Someone to make sure she’s doing okay, including eating properly. Someone to offer a bit of companionship. The home health aide has been wonderful. She helps my mother do crossword puzzles and my mother really looks forward to her visits.

My father wants to maintain his independence, but he’s not able to do some of the things he used to do, so we have the House Calls Home Care people visit twice a week to do his laundry and to prepare some meals that he can eat throughout the week. We’re aware that he’ll eventually probably have to go to a nursing home facility, but, for now, he’s very happy to be able to stay in his home.

We have a Private Pay plan with them…no government or insurance assistance. Before we hired them, we shopped those services with other home health care companies. We found their rates to be very competitive and the service and care has been terrific.

My elderly mother lives with us in our home, but my husband and I both work during the day and we’re concerned for her welfare during the day, so we have hired them to have someone stay with my mother then. The aides we’ve had have been fantastic. We take comfort in knowing that my mother is okay when we’re away.

My siblings and I all live out of state, away from my father, and we’re concerned for his welfare. Thanks to the House Calls Home Care people, we’ve been able to create a customized care plan for him. We take comfort in knowing that someone is checking in with him a couple times a week.

My uncle has had some memory loss. Not enough to need to live in a memory care facility, but enough to need some tending to. We have a home health care aide visit him three times a week to see how he’s doing and to do some light housekeeping. She also does his laundry. They’ve been great to work with.

The House Calls Home Care aide visits once a week to do the grocery shopping for my father, who is no longer able to drive and isn’t familiar enough with a computer to place an order for delivery. My father was initially resistant to having anyone help him, but now he’s grown accustomed to it and he enjoys the visit from the home health care aid.

Our mother had taken a couple of falls in her home and my siblings and I were concerned for her safety, so we contacted these people and had them come and make an assessment. They were able to make some recommendations to us and my mother. Those recommendations will surely allow her to stay in her home for at least a while longer.
