House of Braces: Yon H. Lai, DDS, PC, New York NY

Don’t come here, just don’t. This place is pretty popular amongst a lot of asian families but I’ll describe my experience with one word: terrible. They had me extract 2 of my adult teeth’s when I didn’t even need one, I have severe root resorption that could’ve been prevented, & Dr. Lai doesn’t even take time to explain or address your concerns. I regret coming here, and if you’re a parent who’s planning on having your kids get braces here, there’s way better places on the lower east side. Trust me.

The worst place. The lady at the front desk is an old employee for many years, and she is also an old fried dough stick. She is extremely impatient with the parents, and always interrupts the parents' questions loudly and sternly, and shouts "Mom, listen to me". It's very like being superior The big boss always uses a serious face and shouts at the parents. It is very disgusting. And every time there is an appointment, they arrive on time, but they always wait for about 3 hours before leaving. In fact, it takes 20 minutes for your turn to operate. No. Which appointment is this?
