Lovely couple runs the place and are a pillar of the community. Unfortunately they are closing and their last day is 7/31. They will be missed.

After 35 years in the neighborhood it closes its door one last time. This shop will be missed.

Today I called ahead and asked about a can of spray paint, I asked how much it was and everything- a man was very helpful over the phone but when I got there the woman at the entrance said I had to be 21, which I have never been asked before but I showed her my ID, she passed it back and said it wasn’t real and I passed it back assuring her it was, she then tried to say it didn’t have my age on it, and I passed it back saying it did and pointed it to her, she then hassled me saying it wasn’t me and after a minute she accepted it, she then DOUBLED the price of the can, saying it was 10.99 and hassled me some more after I asked why it was the price it was, she didn’t give me answer and told me to leave. I left with no paint and obviously I’m very upset if I typed all this out

They didn't have the exact sized nails I needed but were nice enough to give me a longer one to take home and see if it would work for my project. It did not, but I appreciate the gesture. You'd never get that level of personal service at a Home Depot and it would be impossible to do on Amazon.

Whatever you want or need they've got it. If you don't know what you need, they'll know.
Service is always friendly and prices are great. Every time I buy something there it turns out that I paid less than what it costs at Home Depot.
Before you go to some big box store go here first. On top of that, the owners can give you some expert advice on home repairs.
Due to COVID no one is allowed in the store. You place your order at the door. They will get you your stuff and ring you up there.

The owners are wonderful and know their stuffs. Mom and pop store. They have the items I needed for my apartment.

I’ve had multiple neighbors rave about this humble little shop - I kinda almost came up with an excuse to go visit. The owners are the friendliest and most helpful! They’re currently just a walk-up window and you can’t go in cause of covid but honestly that just saves me the hassle of perusing aisles like I know what I’m looking for.

The couple which own the hardware store there are jems.
Knowledgeable, and hella funny.like everytime it's a standup show.especially the husband.

I kind of didn’t know what I needed until I got to the shop. I couldn’t walk in but the staff helped me from outside as they were not letting people in due to covid. She got me everything I needed and explained how to use everything too! It was just some nails and anchors for heavy shelving I installed. Couldn’t have gotten it done without them, though!

I'd rather shop here than Home Depot or Lowes! The owners are super friendly and knowledgeable, and I can always find what I need.

The best - the store is well stocked and the owners are super knowledgeable, always helpful, and have a great sense of humor.

Loads of tools, and houseware items, but the best resource here is the gentleman at the front counter. Very helpful and knowledgeable!
