I want to start off by saying the 1 employee I was engaged with and submitted information to was nice. Besides this, there were significant problems. This company need to have a better process in place for identifying and vetting cases they will accept/deny so people won't waste alot of time subjecting themselves to submitting tons and tons of information. This can be mentally and physically draining, and time consuming for the person
This company also don't provide adequate resources to address your needs. I was shocked when I received a couple of references from a company that is here to help people on this magnitude.
