Needed a sympathy bouquet same day. Within an hour it was ready and upon picking up, the staff couldn’t be more kind and helpful. Would definitely order here again and recommend getting flowers from here.

I ordered flowers online to send to my mother. The total was $67.45. The online process was very user friendly and easy to order. Unfortunately they don't deliver to her work place that is 8 minutes away from them, at a JFK office building. I called them and they said they don't deliver there because there is no parking. That seems ridiculous, I'm sure if I placed an order of over $100 they would've made an exception. They did however give me a full refund.

Our family has ordered from Howard Beach Florist for years for birthdays, deaths, holidays ectt. I moved to Upstate, NY 3 hours away but am still able to order all their beautiful arrangements fpr family & friends online or by phone! Just sent a birthday bouquet and my mom's neighbor was over the moon!

Pretending as if no one is standing 6 feet away saying goodmorning. Terrible service. Didn't even look in my direction

Needed an arrangement for a family member’s milestone birthday. Having been unimpressed with the traditional floral delivery websites, I had the opportunity to shop local. I was not disappointed! The owners are extremely communicative and customer service oriented. I was kept informed of every step on delivery day, from preparation of arrangement to delivery.

The flowers were beyond gorgeous. The recipient was happy and I am thrilled with the product and service I received.

I called this morning at around 10: 30 and it was delivered on the same day at around 2: 30. The woman who answered the phone helped me pick the perfect bouquet for my girl. I heard her jotting down what I said she liked and I really appreciated the attention to detail that she had. The first address I had given her didn’t work out and they redelivered it for free. Very kind and hard working people at this spot, would highly recommend.

Such beautiful fresh flowers elegantly arranged, such nice people, I ordered online without hassle and fast delivery always. I keep on coming back to this place and cannot stop recommending it to anyone looking for a florist shop!

Hard to find prices always goes up on special occasions. All florists not just this one. $70 for a small something for mother's day. Not delivered I got to pick it up.

A great little floral shop with reasonable prices and amazing customer service! I needed a birthday arrangement but I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it before the shop closed. I called the shop and the lovely gentleman there waited for me a few minutes after closing so I could pick it up. The bouquet was beautiful, they really did a great job. Will definitely be using them again in the future!
