The Howard Hanna East Aurora office is a wonderful work environment for agents. They have helped me build my career in real estate since I was a newbie. I know I can rely on our manager Tom Mason and the other agents in the office if I ever need anything. Really a great group of professionals, who I am proud to call my colleagues.

I wouldn’t believe a word in any of Howard Hanna or your agents listings. You will not be apart of selling my home or have any affiliation with my new purchase. I don’t respect cheats and crooked sales professionals.

Thomas Mason "branch manager" couldn't help us with the lemon home we purchased from his agent.
They ALL knew that this home had alot of expensive issues.
They offered us $2,500 for a $40,000 project that the prior owner were responsible for.
Beware of these scam artists.
Beware of the attorney "J. Dubs" they will offer you.
They don't care about their clients.
They sold us a lemon home.
Crooks and will lie to you just to sell a home. Don't trust this people. You will be sorry.

We purchased our home back in September of 2020. The whole process started in June of 2020 and our realtor Sheri Courteau couldn't have been anymore accommodating. She literally drove all over WNY with us and more! But she didn't quit until we found what we wanted and would fit our budget. Very knowledgeable about the whole process from start to finish. Couldn't be more happier. Definitely will use Sheri again in the future if she's willing to drive =)
