1 Avoid at ALL Costs. Absolutely, Do Not do business with an agent named Kathleen Patterson.see another review on here from 4 years ago. She is the sleaziest corrupt scam artist realtor you may ever meet. I recently had to back out of a money pit wreck of an offer on a house that she knew was bad. She wrote up a sleazy contract without property disclosure form, waive inspection and time pressured me to accept in 1 hours. She works with a scam outfit in Pa.for years with phony shell operations foreclosure. How this agency can employ her, Idk. She refused to show me the house inside after 1 time, then refused to clean it (see other reviews) as per contract in
' broom clean' condition.she's a scammer! Lost my escrow! Then threatens to sue!
and she carries a gun. Bad as it gets.
