H&R Block, Brockport NY

It's always so easy, accurate, and accessible, and I 100% trust the tax pros! I had an accountant make a huge error a few years back and H&R found the issue immediately, and I have had no issues for the past three years using the office in brockport! 100% recommend

When we arrived 5 minutes before our appointment time we were told our preparer was having a technical issue and would be with us after he got off the phone with tech support. Ok, I get it.
But when I called to make our appointment I told the receptionist specifically we need a preparer who can do this particular form. She says oh, no problem, everyone here can do that form, I do my own taxes and I do that form every year. So when our preparer greets us, he's very slow and brings us to his desk. He then takes over 5 minutes to go over the first 2 pricing options (which was $150 to $200) and says it will go up depending on the forms. I then say we need this specific form, he looks at us like a deer in the headlights and had no clue. When I went to the receptionist and askedv about it, after we specifically asked for someone familiar with that form, she said I'll have to talk to the manager when she's off the phone. I told her not to bother as we would not be having our taxes done there. FYI there was also another customer there while we were waiting and she said she was complaining about the manager. Would not recommend

H&R Block has done my taxes for many years. I've always had a great experience and everyone I've worked with has been very knowledgeable and friendly.

Kerry did a great job for us - he has prepared our most recent 2 years of federal and state returns. He knows how to decipher some pretty detailed reports to get the needed info for our returns. We have enjoyed working with him and the other members of the Brockport H&R office.

DISHONESTY AT IT'S FINEST YET AGAIN. GOT AN D EMERALD CARD FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON AT ALL. NEVER WILL I EVER DO H AND R BLOCK.

The tax professional, Maria Palmeroni, is polite, intelligent, confident and loaded with good tips. The office is conveniently located. The staff and office is quite pleasant.

Because Maria is.kind, She explains everyrhing and takes time to answer any questions you may have. If it was not for Maria I would not be an HR block customer. She deserves a raise.

Vicky Bonin of the Brockport NY office is the most helpful person we ever had for our tax preparation. Wonderful personality!

I've been coming to Block for as long as I can remember. Besides being extremely competent, they are all very friendly and deferential to my needs. Maybe the question should be why would I change?
