We did our taxes in March and their still not filed we had to call the 1800 number and now we have to wait and call on Tuesday when the saranac lake office is open to see why they didn't submit are stuff.

Filed taxes February 11th, found out today March 9th, as we hadn't received an email to varify submission of taxes that the weren't submitted. Yes they were embarrassed, apologetic. How does this happen? You go in, sign, then Agent submits claim. Been going 20+ years. We will start doing our own.
