Cheryl Cook was very patient and did an exceptionally great job with our taxes. Would have her do my taxes again next year.

I have gone through H &R for years, different states, but the associates are always friendly and always helpful. Especially, the malone Ny staff! For almost 8 years they have given me a hassle free experience, and are always friendly and great to be around.

The lady was very friendly, she moved the process along quickly and she got me the best return she could.

The agent that did my tax return for me answered all of my questions and I like that they have a computer set up that u can watch every step of the way when your return is being done she also explained what every line was and exactly how much I was getting and their fees are reasonable. I already have my appointment for next year

Never answer phones, no ones ever there for scheduled appointments. Waste of time and money

I was able to be scheduled in with Bonny and Cheryl helped to check me out easily. I am glad this team is friendly and helpful. Lori has helped me before and everything was seamless with Bonny, too.
