7The lady that did our taxes didn't listen was to intrested in the babies that we were babysitting
The only reason is because Elaine is very good and we like her. We are not happy with the $30 charge for the interst income form. We have been coming to you for 30 years and would think a loyalty customer dicount should be offered.
Elaine was very knowledgeable about the tax system and helped me with the process, and she was kind enough to laugh at my bad jokes. Thanks see you next year.
I have been dealing H&R Block for 45 years and never had a problem. So, I shall continue, the cost for having my taxes done is somewhat high, but I do have peace of mind that they are correctly.
