7I will NEVER go to this location again! I filed my taxes on February the 4th and still haven’t received anything bc the woman there failed to put my paper work in correctly. I’m trying to still correct it. Just horrible never never again.
Straight forward and security in knowing a tax professional is making sure everything is done right.
The team are great. Specially HELEN KRISILAS at the First Avenue office. I love the way she help the customers. She is a true professional.

Just awful. Filed my taxes feb 22. Said see you next year.
Almost 5 weeks later i find out that they forgot to send them in. 5 weeks. They only remembered to file them after i called them to see what happened to my refund.
No apologies. No return call. Nothing.
Very friendly staff, easy to get an appointment. Helped me get a good refund as a independent contractor. Just be careful- there is a very large step to enter the shop.
