HSBC Bank / Citizens, Brooklyn NY

On Saturday January 25,2020 at 11: 34am at the HSBC branch 1330 Granville Payne Ave, Brooklyn New York 11239. Manager Ms. Navaindra was behind the counter. I went to the counter to get some financial advice about my account at had at HSBC. She stated "Hurry up, I'm tired". I replied that I been a customer with HSBC for over 15 yrs. She said she didn't care. I asked to speak to the manager she said "I am the manager. " I left and wasn't able tp do my financial transaction due to the rude and unprofessional behavior. I felt humiliated and embarrassed as other customers looked in shocked.

HSBC bank employees have to be the rudest workers I have ever encountered in the banking industry! Quick to ask for your full name, several types of identification, even then they continue to quiz you on your date of birth, social security number, address. It was a maddening experience, almost as painful as getting a tooth pulled. Making matters worse, when they call you over the phone, they ask for your full name without saying who they are or what the call concerns. Seriously recommend you stay away from this bank and their products. If you have to use the ATM go for it, otherwise find a bank that appreciates clients and does not treat everyone like criminal fraudsters!

Teller leaves and tells customers im on lunch meanwhile there is only one other teller and they close in 30 mins.disgusted this bank will make u want to change from who u bank with

My firts time there and hated. Awfull custumer service, not friendly and long lines. Don't recommend to go there to Cash or deposit money.

I'd give no stars if i could. Only ONE teller & the longest line. RIDICULOUS wait time. Very poor customer service. Travel the extra time to do business at another branch. You'll still come up ahead.

They are not helpful and they are not friendly at all. If they don't like their job, don't take it out on the customers. I gave it 2 stars for being in the area (Starrett City).

Slow, confused and not knowledgeable Personal banking adviser. Very disappointing. Very bad experience. Try not to go there unless it's super emergency.

Lines are crazy long not enough worker clients are miserable and no one care to fix the poor customer service please do not go to y his bank if you want to keep your sanity.
