Bought a flank steak from here. Was chewy. Very disappointed with this piece of meat

Beautiful, local, bone-out Lamb roast. Used these two seasonings I bought at the shop with an additional but of kosher salt. Into the 275F oven until 125. Yum! Thank you H&C for the expertly boneless and tied roast!

If you want quality meat, this is the place you want to be. I travel from the Bronx to go and buy my meat at Casablanca. Though it might be a bit pricey it is sure worth it. Their meat is always fresh and the quality is superb. I have been getting meat from there for over 15 years and I won't stop. So the next time you think of getting your meat from a supermarket think again. Try Casablanca Meat Market you won't regret it!

This place is awesome incredible quality and fair prices. I went in there asking for some pretty unique things and they were interested in what we were trying to make (Lidia's Sunday Gravy) and were able to make some spot on recommendations. Making it now and this meat is excellent. First time I've been giddy in a store for a while.

Knowledgeable butcher, quality looking meats, and a cow on the counter who moos every time you walk past! Prices are what you would expect for good steaks. They have a good variety of meats - it feels like stepping back into a butcher shop in the 50's - the old New York atmosphere is priceless. I love supporting the shops which have been here forever. It's an easy decision when it's great quality too.

Best butcher. Beautiful, tasty meat, the butchers are the most knowledgeable, the focus on husbandry is unique. Plus they have a deli case and a selection of local products. They're a whole animal butcher so with enough notice, they can get any cut one would want. Make it your first stop for meat and you won't have to go anywhere else.
