I placed a service request on a Sunday morning for my AC and maintenance checked it out that same day. Talk about prompt service! The solution was a brand new (and very modern) unit which was in place just 48hrs later. They even followed up with me to confirm all was good. The amazing maintenance staff is just one of the many reasons that makes Hudson Crossing a wonderful place to live. 5+ stars again!

Fantastic staff, service and amenities. My entire experience from the lease signing to settling in was smooth and pleasant. The leasing office stayed in touch outside office hours to meet my deadline, the concierges are friendly/knowledgeable/helpful and the maintenance staff is quick and on the spot to ensure all is perfect.
The building is very well maintained, clean and the Elevators are fast. They’re dog friendly too.
The gym, laundry and outdoor space are also well kept and, a bonus, there’s storage available!
Hudson Crossing has exceeded my expectations and is an excellent place to hang your hat at the end of the day.
5 stars is a no-brainer!

The concierge staff are pretty good.
The building maintenance staff is very complacent about maintenance requests, and even emergency maintenance requests like burning smells from the AC can be ignored for multiple days.

When you call the emergency maintenance phone, they tell you that they are unaware of the schedule of the the maintenance technicians so there is no ETA of any sorts.

Alex at the reception was amazing and leasing staff were very welcoming compared to other properties I visited.

Alex is an amazing concierge! He goes above and beyond for the residents. Glad to have him here!

Alex is the best! He’s always so welcoming and gives my dog a treat every morning. Makes the building feel like home:)

Alex and Jason are absolute professionals and made my time here very enjoyable. Always extremely friendly and helpful with anything that came up. I will miss seeing them on a daily basis!

The location of this property is excellent and it is well-kept. However, the standout feature of this property is undoubtedly the staff. They work seamlessly together and have excellent communication with tenants. You'll get to know each team member by name, from the friendly concierge desk (shoutout to Alex, Roberto, and Mike) who always greet you with a smile, to the diligent porters (Jason, Pablo, and Altern) who maintain the building to an impeccable standard. The technical team, led by Jose, Gerard, and Nesly, are also highly skilled and resolve any issues promptly. I would highly recommend this property.

I’ve had a fantastic time living here and the concierge staff is the best! Alex is always looking out for my deliveries, and Roberto, Mike, and Jason make sure my wife and I feel welcome and the building runs smoothly.
