7They just try to Rob you. My business contract get over in december, then i called them to renew it.they assign someone to talk to me.he took too long to submit that paperwork.by the time i got another bill with reasonably high bill for my electric.i called hudson energy spoke to lisa she told me that i'm not in contract so regular prices will be charged.i look in the bill if had stayed with pseg then my bill suppose to be $626.80 but hudson charged me $1188.75. That big difference in regular prices.now no one helping me. A bunch of Robber sitting there.
Sam P. I am closing my business and dealing with the same issue.they told me the only solution was to have new owner take over.how did it work out for you?
Hudson energy is nothing less than fraud company’s. They are charging me 4000 for selling my business. Please don’t ever signup with this company. Totally fraud
The process of signing up was simple and was the easiest thing, best thing ever and best decision I made for pseg and ElizabethBeth town has
Very dishonest. I sign a contract rate at. 089KW, but received a bill for. 1783KW. I complied and ask to cancel my service and I thought that would be the end if it. Unfortunately I received a call from a collection agency 7 month later looking to get paid for additional months after the cancellation date at. 3175 per KW. This company is dishonest.
I was slammed by this company, very dishonest.don't sign up they don't give full disclosure
Very Untrustworthy.
A representative comes into my place of business and offers a "Price Protection" plan for my Con Edison and National Grid bills which means they will lock your current price minus a couple of cents. He tells me how he is doing me a favor, how I'm going to thank him in the future, and the service is free. He rushes the paperwork and then makes his required phone call to have me verbally agree to the contract. As I was on the phone, I read the part about cancellation. The customer is required to pay a "liquidation fee" if they no longer use their service or have to cancel. This fee is the balance for the remainder of the term of your contract as if you are still using their services. I, quickly, rip up the contract and end the call.
They won't tell you about the cancellation cost and even if the energy price drop below your locked in price you still have to pay the price you agreed to. Be careful with this company as they do leave out a lot of details.
