We recently had the pleasure of working with Hudson Valley Bus Co Inc for our wedding on 9/30/23. To be perfectly honest, we were initially a bit nervous about booking this charter company because we knew they outsourced their buses and drivers. Furthermore, we'd heard from a friend about an experience where buses never showed up. But, against our initial concerns, our experience with Hudson Valley Bus Co Inc was nothing short of excellent.

For our event, we required four 56-passenger buses, with two of them scheduled to pick up guests at two different hotels at 4: 30 PM, another bus at 10: 30 PM, and a final one at 12: 45 AM. I'm thrilled to say that all four buses arrived on time as scheduled, and everything went off without a hitch.
