5Terrible bank! This was my first time going here and I regret It. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was not welcomed. I regret letting them pull my credit! I applied for a personal loan and was denied because they only lend to US citizens. Yet I had proper documentation to show prof of my legal status. I have had and currently have personal loans and car loans through other credit unions and have never had this issue! Avoid this place! Your better of going to Mid Hudson valley federal credit union! I will never be coming back and will let others know about this. I feel like I was discriminated against. If I could rate 0 stars I would!
Very helpful and convenient. The best Walk in hours. They open at until 5 pm on Saturdays, which is unherd of in the industry.
I was in Kingston Rehab for 11 months in 2013-2014. But I was 16 real olds for starting with the HVCU for checking and savings (maybe 2003ish.)
Anyway very friendly staff every time in Kingston NY. I love it! Two hands up!
This has been my bank since they opened in Lake Katrine in 2009. I have needed their services multiple times from making a simple deposit or withdrawal to getting information on CD's and other loans. I have never been disappointed with the branch. Their dedication and professionalism has been their standards.
