Keep up with your money, they are stealing from accounts and making up reasons that make no sense to justify it. I would not recommend.

Back in 2019, I had to file for bankruptcy, since then I've portrayed good standings with other banks and credit cards. I really wanted to become a member again at HVFCU but the guy I spoke to (which might I add was extremely rude and not sympathetic) stated I have to pay the balance off that happened 5 years ago that the bankruptcy took care off in order for me to return as a member. In his words" scotch free" This bank is not worth my time. I don't recommend this bank for anyone that went through a hard time and now on their feet wanting a Credit Union Bank.

My truck was totaled two months ago. The bank will not send the pay off letter to my insurance company so the loan can be paid when I & the insurance company reached out many times for six weeks now. Meanwhile I’m still stuck paying for a truck I no longer own. They also set up my auto pay to deduct exactly eleven days late so I was charged a late fee every month for two years. Shame on me for not catching that. I would give negative stars if I could. Worst bank I have ever had by far.

Yes the people that work there are always professional courteous kind never have an issue all around great experience wouldn't bank anywhere else

It is unbelievable how Tammi Marino Underwriter, Consumer Loan Underwriting is. She was nasty and rude to me when I was in the process of securing a loan for a vehicle. It is terrible how people representing company goes out of their way to be rude to you for no reason at all other than they just want to be disrespectful and nasty to people.

When I called corporate to register a complaint a local brank manager pretended he couldn't find her supervisor's name and contact info for me to report her unprofessional behavior. I called corporate back and still filed a complaint. It doesn't surprise me of the low star reviews this credit union has.
