I see many positive shopping experiences here, but based on my experience trying to sell gold, I would not trust them. I came in with a gold coin a few months ago and they offered me about a third of it's value based on the current gold market. I pointed out the inaccuracy and the guy tried to make it seem like I didn't understand it's value. I easily found anther gold buyer that offered me fair value.

They always do a great job in fixing any jewelry issues I might have, and they have a beautiful selection of handmade jewelry.

Jon took much time to evaluate my rings. His opinions were sound and his work impeccable. I was delighted to see the final results of ring sizing, stone tightening and replacements. Jon completed the work quickly and was very reasonable in his pricing! Highly recommended!

This needs to be your jeweler. They have serviced my 1932 Hamilton watch. Restrung and added fresh water pearls to both are daughters necklaces. Created a beautiful Bolo white gold and diamond bracelet for our daughter’s wedding. Purchased a Beautiful Swiss movement HVG with leather band for our son in law. Personal service without pressure. Listens to needs and offer range of ideas. Great service with highly skilled bench staff. Stop in and see, will not be disappointed. ️
