I was initially greeted by Jessica who was very pleasant and efficient with retrieving my medical information. Larry was the technician who completed my test. He was very warm and made me feel comfortable during the procedure.

Excellent service. Personal and warm service from the wonderful receptionist to all the technicians. Highly recommend!

Test and associated personnel were awesome. Beware of scheduling dept! Was told test was covered asked again same answer received a bill after. I hate liars, BEWARE!

My experiences in this facility have always been very positive. All staff are knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant. The wait times both to schedule procedures and when you arrive at your appointment are timely. I appreciate having this imagining facility so close to where I live.

Every person that I spoke with or had any interaction with at Hudson Valley imaging in Monroe was friendly, welcoming and very professional. The person who scheduled my appointment, the front desk staff member who signed me in and the staff members who performed my tests all went out of their way to make me feel at ease well taken care of!
