Excellent customer service by the service department. Quickly fitting me in to bring my car for service. Prompt update regarding the status of my car. Hudson Valley VW went above and beyond by repairing an issue from another dealership.

Everything was great except after paying my bill which was close to a thousand dollars. The fee was fair because i got tires. I was upset they charged me a fee to use credit card. Paying cash is difficult when it’s close to $1000. Who carries that much money? I guess this is the new norm but that doesn’t mean it should be.

I was totally deceived and ripped off.
I was ripped off. The dealer said the brakes in rear were so bad they had to replace them. Not true. The brakes were done 7 months ago and the vehicle was barely used since then. The rotors could have been cut to correct the rust build up. The pads had lots of life left on them.

Greg was my contact at Hudson Valley Volkswagen, and he's exceptional. The microphone for my Bluetooth wasn't working on my new Jetta. Greg kept me updated as the crew was working, and when I left, the problem was solved. Excellent service, excellent staff.

Debbie at the front desk was AMAZING! I had a car emergency on an important work presentation day and she made everything go smoothly.was kind and understanding and even texted me updates as I had no service. If there was something to comment on for improvement believe me I would but the service at this leadership is unmatched. A model for other dealerships for sure.

Went for service for the first time since getting the car. The employee that took my phone call to make the appointment, is the same employee to greet and welcome me, and again to delivering the car back when completed was super friendly, accomodating, and seems to enjoy what he does (I believe his name was Greg). Awesome, friendly reception. Honest sit down when discussing the used car deal. Being a mechanic, I requested to personally check car out on their car lift. They offered without issue. So far, so good.

Overall, I was very pleased with my sales experience at Hudson Valley VW. He was in NO way your (and I hate to use this word) 'typical' car salesperson who taints the car buying experience by their pushiness or urgency. Instead, Eric Hughes was working for us and not himself. He was knowledgeable, professional, ethical, responsive, flexible, accommodating, patient, fair, inviting, attentive, honest and just an all-around good guy. Do your research online, know what you want to drive and/or buy, and then, skip the rest, and go to the BEST-Eric Hughes at Hudson Valley Volkswagen! You won't be disappointed! I visited this dealership to purchase a vehicle but instead, I received the worst sales experience that I’ve ever had. The sales person was dismissive and rude. He didn’t even try to sell us a car. I highly recommend you visit any other dealership where I’m sure they will treat you as a valued customer
