Hummus Kitchen, New York NY

Went for lunch and was able to get to get a seat quickly. Our server was friendly and had great recommendations for the Mazze trio. The lunch portions were also decent size. Overall the food was tasty.

Food 4/5: fattoush extremely vinegary and I was unable to eat it. The fava bean hummus was good. Pita is much fluffier than what I'm accustom to, but still yummy. Grapeleaves were served warm. Roasted beets were delicious.

Service: 1/5: no follow up after food was delivered and empty water bottle was taken to be refilled. Unable to flag down an employee to get water or to try to return fattoush and order something else. Had to grab someone to get bill - which still had the fattoush on it.

While I wish the quality and flavor of hummus made up for the unfavorable fattoush, I would not dine here again due to the effort getting basic service.

I fell in love with this place! Not only the food but also the energy! Our waiter was like a sunshine in a cloudy day! The hummus platter is a must order item. Definitely coming back. The sweets are so decadent!

I usually order a lot from this restaurant! The last order was terrible, the french fries were not cooked properly and arrived full of oil and i could count the fries, the rest of the food was dry and it seemed as it was reheated or old!
Never again!

So so so good! Stopped in for a late lunch and had the most delicious hummus, baba ganoush and tabbouleh! Pita was fresh and hot, service was great, we will be back here!

Delicious food, extensive menu with lots of different options, great service. I loved it the menu being able in a tablet with pictures of everything. The images make it much easier to understand what each option includes. Lots of veggie options ️

Food was absolutely amazing and the service as well. I am giving it 11/10! If you’re a tourist and you’re looking for some delicious&fresh food served on a clean table, I highly recommend this restaurant. We all got a free Moroccan dessert after our meal as well! It was worth every penny.

One of the worst place to eat Service was terrible. Left the restaurant without eating and paid the bill. If you ask me don’t you ever go to that place

I stopped by for lunch and had the chicken kebab plate and malabi. The restaurant wasn't very busy, staff was friendly and the food was great. The chicken kebab was nice and juicy and the sauce was excellent.

The Hummus Kitchen is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. Their hummus is truly the star of the show, with a perfect blend of flavors and creamy texture. The menu has a great variety of options, including vegetarian and vegan dishes, and everything we have tried so far has been fantastic. Service is always friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a place to enjoy some delicious Mediterranean food, the Hummus Kitchen is a must-try.

This is my FAVORITE place in the city for Mediterranean food. I'm Israeli and it's the closest thing you'll get to Israeli food in NYC. The owner is super nice and I've always had amazing service. Truly my favorite.

Hummus was good and enjoyed the main entree. I ordered takeout and was missing the pita bread for the hummus platter which is why I'm giving 3 stars because the food here too expensive to be missing items.
