The owner is so rude I ordered food and she started yelling at me! Just trying to eat some food and this lady is yelling at me

We ordered chicken wings, shrimp mei fun beef and broccoli and chicken and broccoli but it’s not really worth for your money because wings were extremely over fried almost burnt and had no taste. Shrimp mei fun was tasteless and had barely couple of shrimp in it. Beef/chicken broccoli were mediocre but they gave one pack of rice for two orders wasn’t enough plus they put food in sauce (beef and chicken broccoli) into rice containers instead of regular containers when I came home after pick up sauce leaked on everywhere it was a mess! Definitely not recommended!

Food was good but, I didn’t have any extra money to tip the delivery guy (who made me go 25 flights down to the lobby to get my food), like dude come to my door “ full service “ my butt. But it’s good eats I’d recommend the food just these delivery guys are disrespectful acting like u have tip you. Guy cursing at me because no tip smh

I have been visiting off and on for about 10 years because food is not consistent in taste, like if two different cooks made it
I mentioned it to the cashier because was tired of at times food was great then at other times not as good and it was the same dish chicken and broccoli
So today ordered chicken and broccoli and again it was not like a week ago

Been coming for years, food is always fresh and the prices are descent, nice neighborhood spot

tasting sesame chicken.

Portion of chicken too small for price and when complain person' didn't care said don't come

Disappointed it doesn't have done in again.only take out but food taste fresh and homemade.good dish for only $7

Ordering and eating here for many years, food is the best around, wish pre-pandemic hours would return but they are worth it for me to order around it & my job.

The food is always excellent here. Prices are very fair. They always get the order right no matter how complicated it is.

Best service, quality food, beef chow fun is my favorite. Always come here for the beef chow fun, highly recommend. Their hours have changed due to the pandemic so call before you order!

Horrible customer service. I've never been treated so rudely in my life. Worst place ever.

Had lunch there yesterday and none to my surprise the special is now $5.50 which included tea. Portions have always been generous. Dinner combo now starts at about $7.50. Soup prices to go are amazingly low. Service is agreeable. Only complaints are that wonton soup always seems to be served less than hot and that sitting up front so that you can see tv screen gets you annoyed with constant ringing of the phone for pickup and delivery. Still foray out to Hempstead Tpk in Levittown on weekends where complete buffet is no more than $8.95 for seniors. Visited Hunan about 3 weeks ago in mid October and none to my surprise lunch was raised to $6.00. Since no dining on premises we had to take out. For a good number of weeks they were completely closed. Not only does food go cold on 25 minute trip home but you also do wiithout tea. Never tried delivery and dont intend to. Asked about dining on premises and couldnt get a clear response. Visited again on May 6th and dining room still closed, only takeout and delivery. Was disappointed. Trust they will have eating in when covid restrictions are lifted. At. $6.00 for the lunch special it is one of the best deals in town.

Very nice on the phone with attention to detail. The food was all very tasty and good. Everything arrived quickly and was still hot. This place is very solid and I can't wait to order again. The scallop and shrimp hunan style was great, along with the mei fun cantonese style.recommended!

This is the best Chinese food around here. Not salty, not greasy, flavorful. Hot and sour soup is the most authentic ones, and it's vegetarian, as it should be. Too bad they still have limited hours, but I'm glad delivery is back.
