Hung-Sam Lee Medical, Queens NY

This person is the worst doctor I have ever encountered, bar none. She schedules five or six patients at the same time, even if you have an appointment. You end up waiting in her office for over two hours. Her medical skills are equally dreadful. She claims to be a cardiologist, but she fails to detect any heart-related problems. Instead, she simply prescribes medication and tells you to come back for a follow-up in six months (assuming you're still alive by then). In short, for the sake of your own safety, please never visit this doctor for treatment.

Not sure why everyone is quick to give this place a bad reputation. I've been here several times before making this review. The staff have been nothing less than friendly, wait time for my appointment has been minimal, and Dr. Hung-Sam Lee herself is empathic when discussing all of my concerns. For those of you complaining, if you want top notch private care then put up the money and go get it. This office accepts most insurances to my knowledge, professional and the doctors here care about their patients.

Dr. Hong is nice. However, a male technician who does ultrasound exams is the worst. I have never ever met such a technician. At first, I do not know why the doctor hired a male technician. Half of her patients are female. Even though we are not in our twenties, the doctor should hire a female one. That male technician is very rude and has uncommon sense. Because while I am sitting on the bed, he had been chatting for the whole exam with two other coworkers so loudly over my face. Also, his right hand had been touching my side of body for 20 minutes because he didn't want to rise his arm up to avoid tiring his arm. Can you imagine how uncomfortable it was with such an experience with a guy? Any technician shouldn't do such a rude action to patients. I really hate his behaviors. So I decided that if the next my ultrasound will be examined by him, I will go to another clinic. I don't want to see his face anymore.

***Avoid this office at all means*** I went in to seek medical attention due to chest discomfort but I end up getting a phone call from the medical assistant to go over my medical reports after I completed my testing. I expect to get professional medical service with a licensed clinician but not a MEDICAL ASSISTANT. That's not the worse, if you disagreed with the medical assistant, you will end up getting yelled at and even hang up on you. NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!
