Huntington Learning Center Bronx

On my child’s 1st day for testing he felt welcomed and immediately looked forward to returning. My husband and I were very much surprised. The staff are kind and helpful. Thank you.

Hunting Learning Center is a great company that helps students from 1st grade to High School learn the skills and gain the knowledge to be successful in the world. They learned from a well established curriculum according to their grade level or knowledge. Many have one-on-one support and they get to learn at their own pace.

The staff is awesome. They care about their students.

Huntington

Huntington is all about the finances, and is over priced for 6 months I spend over $9,000 for two children. When I decided to pull my daughter out I then got a discount that was forgotten about according to Sade who is the manager at the center. They had a deal for 1 teacher for two students. I have requested to speak to upper management and was never given the information.

My kids didn’t finish their full time. The plan was to sent back what was left to the Tuition Solutions which is the loan bank they use. I have waited months for it to be send back. I called left messages for the manager to call me back and she has not. I finally got her on the phone today after she was in a so call meeting which I heard her in the background. There is a balance that needs to be sent back, she claim she had send it back after she has given excuses.
I would rather higher a college student than to ever put my kids back at this center. They will sucker you and then try to keep you even when you tell them you don’t want the services. I could have paid for 2 years of Catholic school and get better results than what I got here. Such a big disappointment.

Child was doing multiplication and division at school, but spent months doing addition at Huntington (something he knows very well). It makes no sense, their math program is useless if you’re not going to be teaching the right thing. My child was doing well at school and I wanted him to advance further, not regress. Complete waste of time and money if you’re not going to actually try to help the student advance. You meet with the staff and they tell you the same thing every time “trust the Huntington program and give us time/money”. They have hundreds of students, but only a handful actually benefit. Save your money or make sure your child actually gets one of the good tutors. If you don’t stay on top of your child’s progress weekly, you might waste a lot of money

This learning center is filled with a warm and dedicated staff. The tutors are very patient and helpful. My daughter loves Huntington and looks forward to going weekly. I am very confident that with their help she is ready to tackle all of her goals set for her school year.

Such a great place! My daughter is so much more confident in class! They work with your child’s teacher to support your child in the greatest way! Not to mention the teachers are amazing the staff is great! They are so welcoming to my daughter and to our family. We are beyond grateful for Huntington learning center!

Do Not Take Loans or Make Large/Bulk Payments; if you decide to join only pay monthly! They are great sales people, will promise the best but once they have your money the excuses begin. Completely disorganized center (managing staff has been a revolving door for over a year) there are a few good tutors and staff, but many don’t seem to know what they are doing, aren’t trained well, or seem more interested in talking instead of actually teaching. They make up how many hours your student needs in the beginning, with an useless “assessment” that’ll recommend 100’s of hours no matter what. Students can go months without being taught at the level they should, they tell you is part of the plan and it’ll help, while charging $1000’s.

My children love The Huntington Learning center, they have learned a lot during their time there, they enjoy the experience, and tutors are very friendly and are always willing to help.

Very unprofessional staff and unorganized center. The administration are clueless and the tutors gossip instead of helping the students which is unfortunate. Do not bring your students here unless you want to do your child a disservice.

Huntington Learned Center is an amazing tutoring Center. My Daughter spent 4 Months taking tutoring here. And the results were incredible, she is right now in 3 grade and when started here with knowledge as if she was in 2nd grade. She was below grade. Now my daughter has her knowledge as if she is in 4 grade. In the past two years, she needs to take a summer program to pass her grades. Now she does not have to take summer classes to can pass to 4 grade. Thank you to Huntington Learned Center.
